Flawed online reservation system resulted in delay of vehicle pick up. Valet pickup was seamless once rescheduled same day. During the call with Larry, the quickly recommended service (that was 4x the cost of what was booked) was then changed to an oil change. During the call, there was confusion in ownership of the vehicle. Oil change completed and valet returned the vehicle on time like promised, but with oily handprints on the exterior and oily fingerprints on the interior. More
