I am speaking and rating my most recent visit A total disappointment. Communication with service tech very poor. I used the valet service which was very good.My car was picked up at 9;30 a m and was to be returned by 6:but I got it the next day because apparently service did not get the car to the valet people. When I called to speak with the service rep he was gone (mind you I had already paid for the service). This was a routine service. I had to cancel plans that I had made for the next day. I have yet to hear from “Larry” to offer explanation, apology or anything. Really , the worst!!! More
I am very pleased that the technician was able to discover the reason for the gasoline smell and able to make the repairs. It was a dangerous situation. I also had a problem with the power steering which the Koons technician was able to repair. I feel I now have a new 18 year old S60 Volvo, I hope I'm right. And the valet was great! More

It was another wonderful experience (of many) buying a new car from here. Everybody (especially Kevin, Ariel, and George) was so knowledgeable, patient, efficient, helpful, friendly, etc. I would highly r new car from here. I have deep concerns about recommending this dealership for repairs. While everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Yvonne my customer care assistant, my last two experiences have been less than satisf for repairs. While everyone is friendly and helpful, especially Yvonne my customer care assistant, my last two experiences have been less than satisfactory. I had the condenser and AC switch replaced, which was a costly repair. When I attempted to use the AC the following day it only blew out warm air. When I took it back it was found to have a bad O-ring. I feel like this is something that should have been noticed while the vehicle was still at Koons. Did anyone test the AC before returning it to me? Secondly, a day after the above repair was completed, I was driving on the highway and began to hear a rhythmic sound from the front end, which grew louder and began to shake the front end. I pulled over as soon as it was safe to do so and checked my tires, only to find that the driver's front tire was missing a lug nut and another was so loose it was ready to fall off! I literally could have died if that wheel had come off while I was driving 65 mph on the highway! Thankfully when I called Koons Volvo and explained the situation, I was provided with the Volvo Roadside Assistance number and my vehicle was towed at no cost to me back to Koons Volvo, where the lug nuts were replaced. Yvonne was very gracious and accommodating toward me while I waited, but I was never acknowledged by the service manager or anyone from service, nor was I offered any compensation/good will gesture for my inconveniences. (A free oil change or two would be nice. SOMETHING.) I always had great service at Koons Volvo when Greg Simmons was my service technician, but apparently he was not available. His replacements leave much to be desired. Lastly, I was provided a loaner vehicle for a few days while my AC condenser was replaced, along with tie rods, steering knuckle and some other repairs. I want you to know how inferior Hertz rental cars are compared to Enterprise. Hertz gave me a dirty car, inside and outside. When I tried to clean the windshield, there was no wiper fluid in the reservoir. Recently I had a rental car from Enterprise and it had been washed inside and outside just prior to my renting it. It smelled and looked clean and fresh, and there were no empty fluid warning lights. Koons, your front end customer service employees are doing a great job, despite seeming a bit overwhelmed. However, my service experience was highly disappointing x2. More
