We were impressed by the professional and friendly care when we took our vehicle in for a repair overlooked by the Volvo dealership closer to us. I called in on a used 2022 Tesla Model X Plaid and spoke with a wonderful saleswoman. She was so sweet. I was ok with the price and she sent me to her finance manager... This is where the wheels fell off. with a wonderful saleswoman. She was so sweet. I was ok with the price and she sent me to her finance manager... This is where the wheels fell off. The finance manager told me that it was a dealership policy to do a hard credit pull on all purchasers even though you were not getting financing at the dealership. I reluctantly agreed and was then told that they would not ship the car unless I got financing from them and if I paid cash as I intended that I would have to pick up the car myself. The finance director told me to consider their financing and assured me that he would not pull my credit again. The terms the finance director got were awful, he made wise cracks about my "lack of car credit" which was a lie, and just made the experience awful. I chose not to do business with these folks. Months later I discovered that they pulled my credit several times which negatively effected my credit. This dealership and the finance manager especially are in my opinion not trustworthy. More

Horrible! Felt pressured. While going over pricing, some fees were added in after negotiating trade in deal "Shady". Sales manger said we could rip up the con Felt pressured. Sales manger said we could rip up the contracts when we brought in our trade ins if we didn't like the deal but the contract paperwork stated other wise. We already had preapproval with a dealer lender but they kept running our credit through different banks after we asked them not too. Sales person was not professional after we walked out. Waste of time, will not recommend. More
