Mr. Ferguson, After I completed a Volvo survey you contacted me via email and requested a reply as to why my visit to your service department failed to meet my expectations. My reply was sent Sunday but as of today, Thursday, there has been nothing additional from you. At this point I can only assume you have no intentions of addressing the problems I encountered. Mr. Ferguson, I sent a third message yesterday using your email address. I sent one Friday using dealerrater but apparently it was not delivered. Let me know if the third one gets to you. As I have indicated in the message, none of the problems from day one have been corrected. The list seems to be growing with loss of coolant and the camera screen not coming up. I am very disappointed in the quality of this Volvo. My wife has a XC70 and aside from normal wear and tear items, and routine maintenance it has been nearly trouble free. Thank you for your concern.
