I PURCHASED A CAR FROM KOONS WHITE MARSH & IT WAS A TERRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE. THE SALES PERSON "SAROSH DASTUR" CHARGED ME $187 FOR TAGS WHEN I & MY INSURANCE AGENT TOLD HIM TO JUST TRANSER MY TAGS .. BUT HE DIDN'T. HE WASN'T EVEN SMART ENOUGHT TO PUT THE PAPER TAG ON MY CAR THE RIGHT WAY. HE CROSS THREADED THE SCREW HOLES .. NOT A SMART MAN. THREE DAYS AFTER I GOT THE CAR I NOTICED MY WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED .. 4 INCH CRACK. A SAFELITE GUY CAME TO MY HOME & SAID HE COULDN'T REPAIR IT SINCE SOMEONE ALREADY TRIED TO REPAIR IT. MY CAR CAME WITH A MD STATE INSPECTION WHICH WAS DONE 5 DAYS BEFORE I GET THE CAR .. SO KOONS KNEW MY WINDSHIELD WAS CRACKED .. & THEY TRIED TO REPAIR IT .. BUT KOONS PASSED IT ANYWAY SO KOONS SOLD ME A CAR THAT COULDN'T PASS A MD INSPECTION. I CALLED MD STATE POLICE INSPECTION TEAM UP & THEN TOLD ME ANY CAR WITH A CRACKED WINDSHIELD WOULD NOT PASS MD INSPECTION .. WITH OR WITHOUT A REPAIR. I CALLED KOONS UP & TOLD THEM ABOUT MY WINDSHIELD & ALL I GET WAS ALOT OF BULL FROM THEM. SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR A WINDSHIELD & KOONS TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME .. JUST TO SELL A CAR. KOONS OF WHITE MARSH ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED FOR A HONEST DEAL.
