The sales person (Richard Hughes) was professional, attentive, and overall a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to ensure the car was prepared for us and was very focused on making the trans attentive, and overall a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to ensure the car was prepared for us and was very focused on making the transaction as simple as possible. I would recommend Richard to anyone as a great sales representative. The only reservation we have with the experience related to the speed and quality of the 3rd party body shop used to prepare the car. They were slow and certain items were missed that required a second visit to the shop. We recognize this is to some degree beyond the control of the dealership so without that experience, our overall rating would had been "5". More

We looked at dozens of cars and finally after 9 hours of working with me, we were able to make a deal. The entire time the staff was super friendly and very accomadating, despite my high expectations and limited resources. Gary Rubenstein and Skip Stover also worked with Camille to find a car that fit both my approval and price. And even though I changed my mind about the vehicle I wanted to purchase several times, they all continued to work to make me happy.
