The sales associate, Larry Jones II, and Claron Etherly, were extremely responsive. I first dealt w/ Claron, and then was with Larry. They both were extremely responsive, and answered all questions I had, and were determined to help me get my deal. I acquired my 2019 XC90, on 5/2/19, and Larry, still answers questions I have about my new car. Additionally, when I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately welcomed by everyone that works there, and felt welcomed to the very end when I ultimately left with the new vehicle. Also, they recognized that a trade perfect shape isn’t something to make a “”fair value” offer. After putting a car together, we got down to the color not being initial first choice. When I was able to see the colors in person...number 2 became number 1 ... and except for one option they had the car waiting. Koons was ready to deliver to my home, 50 minutes away. We work out a quick turn at the dealer and we were in an out in about an hour. Now that’s Fast...and dome right. More
