2010 Tarus .50,000 Miles . I discovered a noise coming from my right rear ,I pulled off the wheel and turned the Hub bearing and it felt rough ,I could feel that the bearing was bad .I ordered brand new F from my right rear ,I pulled off the wheel and turned the Hub bearing and it felt rough ,I could feel that the bearing was bad .I ordered brand new Factory Bearings from Ford ,after taking off the rear wheel and unbolting the Hub Bearing Assembly it would not budge .My Lovely Wife saw me fighting with this seized part ,came over to me and tells me that the wheel bearing is covered in the Drivetrain warrenty,I can Not repeat what I was thinking or what I said here ! I then took the car to Joey Stickman at Koons Ford Sterling Va. Joey Cheerfuly told me my Wife was right and he asked me if I wanted to leave it with him for repairs ,as I did wish to do .Two days later Joey called me and said that the car was ready for me to pick up ,at no charge to me plus He and Joey Thomas the ASE Master Technician decided to replace the Hub Bearing Assembly On the left rear also now both rear wheel bearings were replaced with new factory parts ,along with two other related parts that they felt could become a problem. I'D Like again to state this complete repair job did not cost me one cent. Koons Ford Sterling is the very best ! Rob Borchert. More

I visited Koons Ford approximately 2 months ago and at that time I was turned down because of not having a good credit rating. I left discouraged and then I received a letter from Capital One that said I that time I was turned down because of not having a good credit rating. I left discouraged and then I received a letter from Capital One that said I had been preapproved for up to $30,000. I went back to Koons and talked with Steve Arnold for the second time and he and his manager made it happen. I am proud to say that I got the car I wanted with a 3.9 interest rate and gave me a monthly car note that I can live with comfortably. More
