I reside in NYC which is a 3.5 hr drive to this dealership. I wanted to point out that this dealership is the BEST I have ever dealt with. I purchased 2 vehicle's from Steve Arnold. He is not "pushy" and treats you as a friend not a "buyer" If you are looking for a Ford go to him and this dealership. EVERYONE is outstanding and there prices CANNOT be matched. After having this experience a couple times this past week, we decided to stop by just to see if we like the color of a used car Koons had. We met Philip Cohrs and he was totally different from any other salesman we had met. Low pressure, polite and just a very friendly person to deal with. It was cold out and he did not bug us, but insisted we took the car home overnight even though we lived an hour away. We did and came back the next day to buy it. We never felt pressured or like we wanted to leave. We were not recommended eight other cars he thought we might like. It was just a great car buying experience and when we need another, we already know where we will be going. April, the finance person, was great as well. We were given a great, fair deal the first time. They never asked how much do we want to pay a month. They just came in with a great deal the first time. If you are looking for a car, this should be your first stop. It will save you a lot of frustration dealing with "typical" car salesmen. More

Even though we live out-of-town, we just purchased our 4th new vehicle from Ricky Rivera over a 2-year period because he dramatically streamlined our experiences, making them absolutely painless and fast; he did all the work for us by giving us the no-hassle out-the-door price with incentives upfront (beat our local competitors by at least $2,000) and helped coordinate the financing in a couple of very short phone calls or emails.It just couldn't get any easier! I bought 2014 Mustang from Koons Sterling Ford. I did extensive research on pricing from consumer reports and USAA. Steve Arnold was the best vehicle salesperson I have ever bought a car from. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Fusion, I can not be more happy with the service that I received! Anthony was my sales person, he was really helpful and answered all of my questions that I was throwing more happy with the service that I received! He walked me thru the whole process, from showing a few different models, to helping me decide on the Fusion. Which I really love the car! Brian the sales manager was also very helpful, he helped me get a rate that I was really happy with! I would like to also thank Matt one of the used car managers for not only appraising my trade-in for a price I was happy with, but also taking me thru the steps on how he came up with that price. It was very insightful. Overall I really had an enjoyable experience at the dealership, and will definitely refer people to Anthony and Koons Sterling Ford. James More

Where do I start!!! Koons has always been there to help me with my needs in purchasing a car. This time was in a time of need and changes I had to make due to life changes and I have to say Koons went be o me with my needs in purchasing a car. This time was in a time of need and changes I had to make due to life changes and I have to say Koons went be on the call of duty for a dealership, from my sales person Anthony Southern who I have work with for every for I have ever brought to the great Finance people such as Tom Murray who went to bat with Ford Credit to make the best deal for me to Eman doing my final paperwork to drive my new Escape off the lot. Koons puts the customer first and always goes the extra mile to get the deal you want or need in! I would recommend Koons Sterling Ford to anyone that is looking to buy a FORD you will not be able to beat this dealerships customer services. I accompanied my daughter into Koon's Sterling Ford to purchase a new (2014) vehicle - it was the first time she had bought a car solely on her own. She had a pre-approval from USAA and all she had to to purchase a new (2014) vehicle - it was the first time she had bought a car solely on her own. She had a pre-approval from USAA and all she had to do was select her vehicle and the dealership input the information on the e-check form and submit. Too easy. The sales person we dealt with was Shane Sooner and he was very cordial, polite, and accomodating. He did everything he could to make the deal. However, once he had to engage his manager in the process, the deal fell through. His manager (I do not recall his name) repeatedly tried to get Sheena to ditch the USAA financing and use the Ford Credit financing. When she said she was happy with her interest rate and did not want to spend the time to do another credit application and wait while all of the paperwork was done (again), the manager then decided to play hardball. My daughter selected the car she wanted but since she was not willing to use the Ford financing, the manager decided that he needed her to pay an additional $850 to get the car she wanted. We were not willing to do that so we declined the deal and he walked away. I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years (4 Cadillacs, 1 Buick, and 3 Fords) and in almost every instance, I had pre-approvals and the deal was quick and easy. I told my daughter how easy this would be and especially since this was her first experience at buying one. It was not. Therefore, I would not allow her to buy the vehicle when the customer service was so bad and the manager was more interested in pressuring her to use in-house financing that making a sure deal. We left there, went to another dealership, and my daughter purchased the car she wanted, the same day! At least I felt redeemed when she saw that it was an easy process when you deal with the right sales person/manager. There is zero chance that I would ever again go to Sterling Ford or recommend anyone else. There are too many other options that dealing with bad service. More
