Mr. Jones was straight forward and understood I knew what I wanted and simply got me the best deal he could and got me out of there as fast as possible. More than six months has passed now, the car is running great, my recollection of that day is very positive, and I would recommend buying a car from Koons to anyone. I was taken advantage of by finance person and lied to by almost every single employee I had contact with. One individual seemed genuinely interested in resolving my issue but was only empowered as a messeng almost every single employee I had contact with. Once I was told by MVA that my tags had not been processed )after waiting over a month, I disputed a $500 charge for processing tags (that were not processed until I showed up to determine why there was such a delay. They told me they were short staffed. Since they had not processed my tags when I appeared in person I specifically asked that they not do so. They had me waiting in their wait room for 3 hours leading me to believe I would receive a refund of the processing fee. Instead someone came from the management office to give me the tags they’d processed while I was waiting, contrary to my specific instructions not to do so because I’d been told by MVA I could bring paperwork in person. They refused to give me the paperwork telling me I’d have to return several days later for it. Gave me a $54 refund for overpayment of my tags and title. Received a call next day saying they had issued the wrong tag sticker and would need to mail me a valid sticker. When I asked what exactly the $500 was for I was told to “process tags and title And ADVERTISING” costs. After a few days they communicated to me and offered me $100 refund for my “inconvenience”. I turned it down. A few weeks later I received a call from them offering me $250 which I initially turned down. I have filed a complaint with the BBB asking them to help Me obtain the $500. I will never Do business with them again. Their service department is also horrid. They are rude and hardly acknowledge you when you arrive. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Their customer relations director has been about as helpful as a potted plant. TERRIBLE customer service after car is purchased. By the way I was told the $500 charge was a legal requirement. According to my contract, it clearly states it is NOT a legal requirement. LIARS and fraudsters on my case. More

Lonny promptly responded to my initial inquiry. He was available at the promised time. He kept me informed of the steps I needed to follow and sought answers to questions beyond his knowledge. He both pointed out the new vehicles’ features and explained them during the test drive; introduced me to the service dept. contact, assisted me transferring personal items from my trade in to my 2022 Ford EcoSport and even provided snack bars since my visit ran into the dinner hour. He was interested in doing a good job. I believe it was a win-win transaction and experience. See Lonny y’all! More

So I’ve put my brand new Mach E in the shop here 3 times for a connectivity issue which has not yet been able to be fixed. I said as I put this car in this time I needed the car back for the weekend. Today at 3:21 after 3 days in the shop and radio silence, I get a call telling me that not only is the issue not solved, but they damaged my new car! Someone hit the front right bumper while it was in the dealer’s care. Yeah- maybe don’t bring your car here. When they told me that damage was done he didn’t seem shocked at all and as if this was a regular occurrence. He even said this has happened a few times. I called the service guy back after he told me they would give me a replacement car while they fix the damage they did. Radio silence again, and now I have to try to move houses without a car this weekend :) More
