I never received a call/update from my rep. He said he called twice...never got anything. That' tough to believe in this day and age with technology. I called and left 2 voicemails over 3 days. He said he called twice...never got anything. That' tough to believe in this day and age with technology. I called and left 2 voicemails over 3 days. Also, you guys are way too busy. There are other outfits who have way better customer service and get the job done much faster. Lastly, I left the keys on the car and called to alert someone of that after dropping the car. I asked the lady on the phone if I should turn around and drop in the drop box and she said no, just give me the code. I gave her the code and called 5 hours later for a status to only find out that nobody got the code, and nobody touched the car. Again, you guys are way too busy for good customer service. More

I was so pleasantly surprised. I came prepared for the work taking longer than quoted and the work was done within hours. Fantastic! I've hesitated to have work done at the deal I came prepared for the work taking longer than quoted and the work was done within hours. Fantastic! I've hesitated to have work done at the dealership because it's so difficult for me to get to work. You still make it difficult to get to work but the inconvenience this time was short lived. More
