I have two vehicles that I purchased at Koons Ford in Falls Church. In September 2025, I took my F250 there because it has the ongoing BLIS problem where the BLIS constantly issues false oncoming traffic Falls Church. In September 2025, I took my F250 there because it has the ongoing BLIS problem where the BLIS constantly issues false oncoming traffic warnings. Some warnings are as if I am pulling a trailer, which I have not done in many years. They pulled some data, charged me over $250, and sent me on my way with no repairs. The BLIS warning system on older F250 trucks is all over the internet; however, they pulled some data, did no repairs, charged me as above, and sent me on my way with no BLIS repairs. My truck still issues a BLIS at every intersection, as well as other potential cross traffic situations. I still need some help with problem, which other owners have also posted on the internet. More

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Handling of Recall Issue I brought my car in for a recall repair, and after two days, the check engine light came on. I immediately went back to the dealership, hopi Issue I brought my car in for a recall repair, and after two days, the check engine light came on. I immediately went back to the dealership, hoping they would fix the issue, as it was likely related to their service. Instead, they wanted to charge me for a diagnostic test and hundreds of dollars to fix something that was their fault! It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing that a dealership would treat customers this way. I expected them to take responsibility for the problem, but instead, I was given the runaround and asked to pay for something that should’ve been addressed during their recall repair. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future. More
Everyone I have dealt with at this dealership is super nice, especially Eric! He's great! Their customer service is terrible. My engine cover came up missing after one of my appointments, I informed them and spoke to the manager and asked if they have cameras to track my cover down and the answer was no. The best they were able to offer is for me to buy my own cover at employee price but why should I have to do that when my car came with one the day I purchased it from them. They're the only ones who service my car because I purchased a service plan and now truly regret doing so. If you could take your car to be serviced at a different ford I would. They truly showed me why people always say to avoid taking your car to the dealership. More
