Purchased a 2020 F-150 April 1. Sales staff was great and was satisfied with the purchase. The sales rep said he could set up a scheduled time to have the code read by a tech. Said I would call next week to arrange a time. Since then I have called and left messages, but no call back. Received E-mail from Ruth Aguilar, Client Relations Manager for Koons Ford of Falls Church asking if I was satisfied. E-mailed her back and have left three messages at her “direct line if you need assistance.” No response. The dealership was great at the sale, but it appears I am being ghosted over this minor issue. I managed to get a great deal through the Merida brothers, specifically Benjamin Merida. I managed to trade in my 2011 Ford Escape XLT for a 2015 Ford Escape SE. I was contact that he managed to fin brothers, specifically Benjamin Merida. I managed to trade in my 2011 Ford Escape XLT for a 2015 Ford Escape SE. I was contact that he managed to find me a similar SUV with the same car space as I require it for work. I recommend finding him if you’re ever have an idea of a car you may want but are uncertain. When first calling to schedule it was supposed to be for Saturday. Instead they scheduled me on Friday. I then have wait till close of business almost to get my car serviced. When asking if I could use Ford Pass points, they informed me the system was down. Funny how later on when picking up my car it magically works. My dad is a dealer and knows the system is only down if there is no internet access. Thank you for wasting my Saturday. More
