Purchased a 2020 F-150 April 1. Sales staff was great and was satisfied with the purchase. The sales rep said he could set up a scheduled time to have the code read by a tech. Said I would call next week to arrange a time. Since then I have called and left messages, but no call back. Received E-mail from Ruth Aguilar, Client Relations Manager for Koons Ford of Falls Church asking if I was satisfied. E-mailed her back and have left three messages at her “direct line if you need assistance.” No response. The dealership was great at the sale, but it appears I am being ghosted over this minor issue. When first calling to schedule it was supposed to be for Saturday. Instead they scheduled me on Friday. I then have wait till close of business almost to get my car serviced.
