Recently had part of my powertrain break at less than 35k miles. When I first brought to the dealership they quoted me $3k+ for the repair and said they could have it done by the end of the following day. I miles. I raised the issue with Ford, and since then the dealership confirmed that this is a warrantable repair and the quote has been adjusted to under $2k. While I've contacted Ford the dealership has not started repairs, now Art from the service department has said that it will take "at least a week" to get the repair completed, and he has been unable to send me anything in writing as he is "very busy". Meanwhile my car is being held hostage with no repairs being done and car seats for my 3 kids 7 and under inside! Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I scheduled an appointment to wait for my car as the dealership fixed a recall. Before starting, I asked if they could check if they had all the necessary parts, which the staff confirmed in about 10 m dealership fixed a recall. Very easy and quick. Had I not wanted to wait, they also have a shuttle that goes to the closest metro stop. More

Rob was extremely helpful to me with my travel service and oil change. He was professional and courteous, was diligent in keeping me updated on the status of my car and was very helpful in answering ques and oil change. My last visit (4/17/2023) at Koons I gave poo I’ve been taken services from Koons(Falls Church, Va) since 2019 after bought my Ford Escape from you. My last visit (4/17/2023) at Koons I gave poor review to advisor-P04- Pham, Phuc because of bad services. Today(7/18/2023) I went to Koons for oil change. One service member came to and ask for help. I told her that I don’t have an appointment but I want to oil change. She said is ok. No problems. We’ll talk care of it. And she took necessary steps and asked me to wait. After one hour and 15 minutes later I asked one of service members progressing work. He called to Pham, Phuc to check and he came to me with angry attitude and kept telling me you should wait 2-3 hours. Because you don’t have appointment. And I assured him that I have already told it to her I don’t have appointment(I didn’t feel any respect during conversation). Then he accused me for last visit(4/17/2023) why I gave him poor review. I felt like threatening(because of his telling style) and very uncomfortable for his accused’s. How can one organization’s employee/ service member asked/ accuse to customer for good/bad review. I have never heard or see to someone to do it. He made me very uncomfortable that moment. Does he mark my face ? Should I go to Koons for getting service again ? Can I feel safe? I don’t know yet. Can someone asks him why he did ? Does he know reviews depends on service? More
