My family and I arrived just after noon time and I think they could tell we were getting a little hungry they offered us drinks and snacks while we went over the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. We went for a test drive and I felt like I had a friend in the front passenger seat riding with us. Azizi went above and beyond and treated my family and me like we were VIPs from start to finish! The manager came over and talked to us for a bit and even he was hilarious and cracking jokes. It’s a great feeling when you can go into a place and feel like they’re not just after your money even if they are (that’s business)! I will absolutely go back to purchase another vehicle from them. They know what they’re doing over at Koons, Falls Church!! More

Second attempt to have my problem, which is simple, resolved in this store and it was a horrible experience. First, my appointment was set and I explained the problem and then they called me to arrive earlier so that I would have enough time to resolve it, and then the person who called me was confused about what time I should go and told me to go at another timetable. When I arrived, the technician responsible for the service wasn't there, I don't know what time he arrived and the 3 attendants I spoke to were rude and couldn't give me decent information about when my car would be looked at. I waited for 2 hours and no one came to check my car, I tried once again to talk to an attendant who was again rude and didn't give me any information. I left after waiting two hours and not having my problem resolved. Definitely avoid this place if you want your problems solve. More

I regret to say that my experience with the service department at this Ford dealership has been extremely disappointing. Despite purchasing a brand new 2024 Ford Mustang, my vehicle has encountered num department at this Ford dealership has been extremely disappointing. Despite purchasing a brand new 2024 Ford Mustang, my vehicle has encountered numerous issues within the first month of ownership. On multiple occasions, I scheduled appointments only to arrive and be informed that they were not prepared to address my concerns that day. The level of unprofessionalism, lack of training, and disorganization exhibited by the staff is unacceptable. It's disheartening to see such negligence in a service department. In addition, it's worth noting that the only way to make any progress or get anything done seems to be by communicating directly with the leadership team. This reliance on circumventing the standard service channels speaks volumes about the inefficiency and ineffectiveness of the regular service staff. It's disappointing that such a basic level of customer service is not upheld in a dealership of this caliber. More

Multiple salesMEN treated me terribly and lied to me . I found the car I wanted online and called about it. Eddie said Friday evening he would work out some numbers and call me back that evening. I called in the morning and someone else (Chris) picked up where he left off and said Eddie would call when he was out of the meeting. I called two hours later and Eddie and Chris worked out the final details and we agreed on a number. Eddie said he would call back in about 30 minutes with the details after the paper work was done so I could set up a wire transfer. I was elated. I continued to delay and disrupt my plans for the day and called 2 hours later. I got the run around and they said he would call when the opened on Sunday. I called Sunday and hear Eddie said "Sorry, the car sold". They flat out lied to me, and in the mean time kept me from going out of town to see another car I'd set up and test drive for. You know they effort that goes into picking car you are willing to spend 26K on- they are just xxxxty xxxxxxxx. I don't know why I trusted them. More
