If there was a rating option of "0" I would rate Koons Ford/Dodge used car sales a 0 for all of the above criteria. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all my life. Not one aspect of my deal rate Koons Ford/Dodge used car sales a 0 for all of the above criteria. I have NEVER been treated so poorly in all my life. Not one aspect of my dealings with Koons in Falls Church was pleasurable. The sales force is rude and the quality of cars they try to sell is miserable. <br>My advice to anyone looking to buy a used car is to NOT buy a car from the Koons Ford/Dodge used car lot, ever! More
