Koons Falls Church Ford

I went to Koon's Falls Church on Tuesday, May 3rd, knowing what I wanted to look at, having done a lot of research online. I was very quickly greeted by Abiel who was very friendly and offered to tak knowing what I wanted to look at, having done a lot of research online. Afterward, I was almost ready to buy, but I wanted to take an extra day and sleep on it. There was no pressure and Abiel even came in the following morning (on his day off) to take me on an extended test drive of another Fiesta with more options. He was able to explain all of the cars many features, even though it had only been on their lot for one day. I purchased the vehicle that day, Wednesday, May 5. I love the car, and buying it was super easy. Before buying from Koon's Falls Church, I had only ever bought used cars that were for sale by owner. I was nervous about buying a new car and making sure I got a fair price, but Abiel made it easy - he explained the price breakdown, msrp, delivery fee, etc. For my first new car and dealership experience, it couldn't have been better. Contacted Mike Bancroft about a Ford fusion that I saw online and fell in love. Mike suggested another fusion that had more safety features that I may like more.
