This dealership is a god sent. I was in need of an alternator, my SVU was about to break down on I95. I used my cell phone, to find a dealer who could fix my vehicle. Everyone I called, said that it was to let in the day and that they could get to it on Monday. My last call was to Koons Ford. It was, 3:15 pm on a Saturday evening. I was told to bring my vehicle to them and they would look at it. Koons Ford, not only looked at my vehicle, they fixed it. Randy Gabler was so friendly and helpful, that he put me at ease. Mainly because, I told him that my family was waiting for me at exit 158A on I95. They ware at Famous Dave restaurant were my charging system light came on. Koons Ford is a friendly and pleasant place to be. I am in North Caroline, but when I buy my new vehicle, it well be from Koons. GREAT PLACE TO BE!!! P.S. I love their coffee machine!!! More

I had done my homework on buying a particular used truck (2008 F-150 SuperCrew). I knew the internet price and had studied the carfax. I was met by Soufiane Laamime and let him know that I wanted lower th (2008 F-150 SuperCrew). I knew the internet price and had studied the carfax. I was met by Soufiane Laamime and let him know that I wanted lower than the internet price and a decent trade-in amount. He checked about the price and was unable to move it down since it had just been decreased and was able to offer an adequate trade-in amount. It was not as low as I was hoping, but I considered it fair. Soufiane was very friendly and easy to work with. I also had good experiences with the loan department and they were able to provide a rate lower than Navy Federal Credit Union. I additionally bought the extended warranty (48K miles or 48 months) for a reasonable price. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I love this truck. More
I found your dealership by completing many Google searches. I found a car within my budget. I called on it and Soufiane handled me from beginning to end. I told him that I wanted to drive the car searches. I found a car within my budget. I called on it and Soufiane handled me from beginning to end. I told him that I wanted to drive the car for 24 hours and he said, "No problem". I came down at lunch time, let my truck, and drove off in the used 2001 Ford Taurus. I asked him to have tags on the car so that I would not have to wait too long and he was working on the tags when I arrived. I drove off within 30 minutes or less after giving him my driving/insurance information. I came back the next day and bought the car after my mechanic gave me 'thumbs up'. The car was cleaned and shined up, it had low miles, and it was very well kept (so I was told a priest had it). The car was $700 under my budget and 'blessed by the previous owner' so I knew it was the car for me. In closing, I will be back soon to buy another car from Soufiane. His customer servie was outstanding. I like direct, too the point, in/out, and it's done. He didn't press me or call me about the car. He left me alone to either like the car or to return it. I like a simple life and my car transaction was as simple as it could get and that's why I will be returning to Koos in Falls Church and not Tysons. Over there, I hated them wasting my time! Best car dealership experience I've ever had, and my first one was in 1959. The salesman, Art Richmond, was patient, knowledgeable, and a true gentleman. He pointed out the features of the car(s) during our test drive(s), and he answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. I am confident that our future experience with Koons' service department will be very positive too based on what I have heard from others who have been there. The physical facilities were immaculate. We have used Koons Ford to perform all the maintenance, service and repair needs for each of our cars. The service and attention to detail have been absolutely GREAT. They have taken real good care of us and our cars. We have had our current Service Advisor, Mr. Randy Gabler, for over seven years and he is very attentive to our every need. When I call to ask if I can bring one of our cars in for service he is always quick to say: "sure, when the best time for you, Mr Noble?" Randy listens to me when I describe a problem or trouble I'm having and makes sure it is taken care of correctly. I am very pleased with Randy and I know he'll take good care of our cars. I would highly recommend Mr. Gabler and Koons Ford, Falls Church to any one who is looking buy or have a car serviced. More

If Randy supervised maintenance on space shuttles I would bring them to him along with my car!
