Koons Falls Church Ford

I went in to purchase a bare-bones Focus or Fiesta because I knew I was waaaaay upside down on my old Saturn minivan. He found out what kind of car I wanted with what options and then gave me MORE than I ever dreamed of. When it came down to financing, the part I was most nervous about, he was a no-nonsense, no pressure kinda guy. He said he was going to get some offers from several banks and then I could look at them and take them or leave them....no big deal. Guess what, that's exactly how it happened!! He brought me the offers with the rates and payments, explained everything, and then left us alone! When I informed him that the payments were too high, thanks though, he asked if I wanted to make a counter-offer!?! Duh, of course I did! We got the payments worked out and I got an amazing, gorgeous loaded Titanium Focus loaded with features I'd only dreamed of getting!!! Dale, my sales rep, the finance guys, and all the other employees were so friendly, polite and just down-home nice. I LOVE my Ford dealer. It was better than being a kid on Christmas day!! Oh, and can you say 38 MPGs???? More

The sales agent and manager were very knowledgeable about their product line and were able to answer all of my questions perfectly. I really felt like I was buying from "professionals". At no point was I pressured into making a decision. I learned a lot about the car through these guys. I will not buy elsewhere, and will be sending my mother in to Soufiane and Trey in used cars next weekend! My only wish is that these guys sold houses as well so I can buy my new home from them. Instead of trying to rush us into buying a car we could not afford Phile and Simon simply told us they had some other F150s that we could take a look at. He found us one in our price range, worked us through the various deals and gave us a great price! He didn't get out of there until 11pm that night, and when we finished he was so excited for us and we could not have been more pleased with the patience, the professionalism, the overall experience of buying our first car from Phile and Koons Ford. My salesman, Geoff Cox, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful through the entire car buying process. He did not put undue pressure on me to make a purchase decision. I ended up custom ordering a vehicle directly from the factory so that I got all of the options that I was looking for. He helped get this accomplished without any problems. Once the vehicle arrived, he took several hours with me going over and explaining all of the paperwork. Once everything was signed, Geoff gave me an in depth walk-through of the car and showed me how to use the Sync system. Overall, I could not have had a more hassle-free car buying experience. This dealership is a god sent. I was in need of an alternator, my SVU was about to break down on I95. I used my cell phone, to find a dealer who could fix my vehicle. Everyone I called, said that it was to let in the day and that they could get to it on Monday. My last call was to Koons Ford. It was, 3:15 pm on a Saturday evening. I was told to bring my vehicle to them and they would look at it. Koons Ford, not only looked at my vehicle, they fixed it. Randy Gabler was so friendly and helpful, that he put me at ease. Mainly because, I told him that my family was waiting for me at exit 158A on I95. They ware at Famous Dave restaurant were my charging system light came on. Koons Ford is a friendly and pleasant place to be. I am in North Caroline, but when I buy my new vehicle, it well be from Koons. GREAT PLACE TO BE!!! P.S. I love their coffee machine!!! More

I had done my homework on buying a particular used truck (2008 F-150 SuperCrew). I knew the internet price and had studied the carfax. I was met by Soufiane Laamime and let him know that I wanted lower th (2008 F-150 SuperCrew). I knew the internet price and had studied the carfax. I was met by Soufiane Laamime and let him know that I wanted lower than the internet price and a decent trade-in amount. He checked about the price and was unable to move it down since it had just been decreased and was able to offer an adequate trade-in amount. It was not as low as I was hoping, but I considered it fair. Soufiane was very friendly and easy to work with. I also had good experiences with the loan department and they were able to provide a rate lower than Navy Federal Credit Union. I additionally bought the extended warranty (48K miles or 48 months) for a reasonable price. It was overall a very pleasant experience and I love this truck. More
