We walked into Koons Ford in Falls Church to test drive the 2012 Ford Mustang GT. Chaz Bryant was our salesman and showed us a California Special edition and explained the features and specs of the package the 2012 Ford Mustang GT. We took a week to decide if we were going to move forward with the deal. Chaz was very low-key and did not pressure us at all, but followed up in a timely manner during the week to see if we had any questions. We returned to Koons with a tall order. We were trading both of our vehicles in for a specific Mustang GT/CS from another dealership and a used SUV. After driving several SUVs, I found a 2006 Ford Explorer that I loved and Chaz was also able to walk through all the features of the car, even though it was a used sales deal. The team at Koons was very friendly and low-pressure. We would definitely recommend Koons to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

I've used the service dept at Koons in Fall Church for years - first with a Dodge, and then with a Ford. I come all the way from Capitol Hill, but their Metro shuttle make them the easiest to get to/from years - first with a Dodge, and then with a Ford. It was a very long interval before I traded in my Explorer for a new Escape. Dealing with Koons was great compared to my other car buying expriences. I'd visited over July 4 weekend but not yet rea Explorer for a new Escape. Dealing with Koons was great compared to my other car buying expriences. I'd visited over July 4 weekend but not yet ready to purchase at that time. Met the salesman, Dale, at that time and discussed with him the various options I was looking for in an Escape. He followed up with me later when a new delivery arrived and I visited the lication to check them out. Finally settled on the Escape Limiited and got down to business on the deal. I must say this was as close to no hassel as a car buying experience can obtain. There was no pressure and it was a pleasant experience all around. I've had the new Escape for a week now and just love it. I'll be back to Ford and Koons for another purchase again. More
I would like to pass on some laudatory comments in regard to the outstanding customer service provided to me by Jason Tredway. I am one of those individuals that procrastinated on repairing items on my truc to the outstanding customer service provided to me by Jason Tredway. I am one of those individuals that procrastinated on repairing items on my truck and having required maintenance service checks completed. When I initially brought my truck in, Jason provided me a detailed list and then went about taking care of things. Along the way, there were delays in obtaining the proper parts; Jason kept me informed and provided me a loaner vehicle so I would not be without transportation. Jason went above and beyond to ensure the services at Koons was professional and met my needs and I truly appreciated that. Joseph Greene worked with me from the moment I stepped into the showroom until I walked out later that evening. He answered every question, thoroughly, professionally and pleasantly. He went out of his way to be helpful. At the very beginning I told him that I did not respond to pressure and wanted none. He respected my wishes. I could not have asked more from an auto sales representative. When we had made the decision on a new Ford Edge, business had picked up and the paperwork had backed up; the Sales Manager Simon Boulware, who made a me a good deal on the new vehicle, could see that my patience, never long, had run out. He stepped into the situation and did all the paperwork himself so that I could depart. A few days later, I had a few issues, as one will with a new vehicle, and Joseph was out after the long July 4th sales event; I then had the pleasure of meeting Koons Customer Relations Manager, Maria Scicli who took care of these issues quickly and professionally. We have stayed with Ford and with Koons for this long because of the general high quality of the Ford product line and for the uniform high quality of its auto service team at Koons Falls Church. With this newest vehicle, the totality of the buying experience has left me completely satisfied and I highly recommend these folks. More
