Ask for Jason Tredway - very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable - and keeps me informed every step of the way. A plus is Koons Ford in Falls Church has a great detailing service - my Mustang looks brand new each and every time I get that done. Overall a FIVE STAR experience each and every time! More

My car had a serious issue over 200 miles from home, and luckily for me, it was towed to Koons Ford. I received exceptional service from Joe Hopson and the Koons Ford service team. The car's problem proved tricky to diagnose and repair, and Joe was extremely persistent in pursuing every possibility until 100% satisfied that the problem was fixed. He communicated with me regularly throughout the repair process and provided very complete explanations of what was going on. I received this exceptional level of customer service although I live several states away and am unlikely to be a repeat customer. I was very pleased with my experience with Koons Ford and Joe, and would highly recommend them. More

After the first test drive, I did most of my communication with Koons via email. I will say that even though you think you've got the price nailed down, you don't. I still had to spend more time than I wanted in the dealership. But, everyone was professional and helpful during the process. My sales associate, Chaz Bryant, was especially personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in (2012 Focus). He demonstrated all the features and offered to help anytime I had questions after my purchase. If you want a pleasant, low-key experience purchasing a vehicle, go talk to Chaz at Koons. Also, Sean Felder in Finance was great at finalizing the sale. I had a loan approved through my credit union, but Sean got me a better rate at a local bank. More

In fact, I ended up with a second Ford Escape. As a general matter, I do not look forward to the prospect of selecting and bargaining for a new car, but I was treated with respect and my prior business with Koons was acknowledged and valued. The staff at Koons Ford were courtious, professional and performed excellent service on my Ford truck. I will return and use the Koons service department again with out hesitation. Though the cost was a little pricy I received great customer service, repairs were preformed in a timely mannor and they were done right. So for a few dollars more I have the comfort of knowing that my truck is up to spec and safe to drive and that the work was done right. No bull or lip service just real work that gets it done. We drove 70(140 round trip) miles to see a car that we were promised was in great condition with low mileage. We had found the car online and it looked great in the picture. When we arrived we were shocked to see that the car had major scratches on 3 out of 4 fenders and a huge dent below the driver's side door. Two of the rims were terribly scratched. Sounds like it just cosmetic right? Well the car's airbag light remains lit after starting and the glass fell out of the convertible top when we tried it out. We live in Maryland and there's no way this vehicle could pass inspection there. The salesman did offer to repair everything to make the sale, but this car had too many red flags. It did have low mileage but for a 2005 with only 25k miles it was in terrible condition. I just wish they had been honest about the condition of the car. It would have saved us a lot wasted time, money and effort. They really need to update their Internet picture to reflect the true condition of this car. The price would have been good if the car had been ready to sell. More
