Filled out information on website describing 2002 Mustang that I wanted to SELL to dealership. I had a very nice conversation with him and explained again that I wanted to wholesale a car to them. Phil said that they were VERY interested, that this is a car they'd very much like to have on the lot, and tried to talk me into making an appointment. I told him that I wanted him to give me a ballpark offer based on my description so I wouldn't be wasting a trip if they weren't even close. Phil said they could do that and that all I needed to provide him with was the VIN number. I emailed it to him within the hour and then left him a voicemail also to make sure he knew I'd sent it. Phil didn't return my call that day. He didn't call me back the next day. I called the dealer and explained that I hadn't heard from him and asked if I should be speaking with someone else. The receptionist apologized repeatedly and told me that she would make sure that he called me back that day. Still no call. The next day I called and asked for the used car manager. I was connected with Kermit. After explaining that I hadn't gotten any response from Phil, Kermit apologized and blamed it on the fact that they were just very busy. I described the car again. It's a 2002 Mustang Base Convertible, all leather, excellent condition with the exception of the usual rock chips on front end from driving. The rest of the car is scratch-less and the interior is also in exc. condition. It has a clean carfax report. The only history of damage on the car was a scraped rear bumper that had been professionally repaired through insurance. Kermit guaranteed me that he'd have a price range within the hour. He said to email him the VIN number. I described the car again in the email and forwarded the original email that I'd sent to Phil that had the VIN number on it. Later that day Kermit emailed saying that he still needed the VIN. I responded telling him to scroll down and that he'd see it in the forward. No response. The next morning I sent another email to him explaining that I'd already sent the VIN but was sending it again since I hadn't gotten a response from him. Finally, after three days of going round and round with this, Kermit replied, "Sorry for not responding to you yesterday, but the range I'm getting is 1500-3500". My reply was, "U MUST Be looking at the wrong car. I've already been told by two dealers what the book is. Even the buick dealer said they didn't want a convertible mustang but offered $4500. Wholesale is $5500-6000. Glad I didn't drive to you. I most definitely will not shop there given the fact it's taken 3 days to get such an insulting offer. What a waste of time!" Here's how I believe this should have been handled. First off, Phil should have gotten back to me the same day as promised whether the news was good or bad. If, after speaking with whomever makes these decisions, it was decided that there was no interest in a great condition 2002 Mustang Base Convertible, that should have been communicated to me quickly and honestly. With that said, since Kermit knew I'd already spent three days dealing with this, he should have said they really weren't interested and that he wouldn't offer wholesale book value for the car. Getting such a lowball ridiculous offer is obviously only going to insult what might have been a future customer. I'm a very busy guy. That's why I was considering taking the lazy way out in wholesaling this car. I don't have the time it takes to sell it on my own. I definitely didn't contact Koons in order to waste time. This may be the second or third time in my life I've taken the time to type a complaint like this. All I can say is that the lack of professionalism displayed by these guys should should be a warning to those considering doing business there. More

I walked into Koon's Ford not knowing what to expect. This was my first time at a car dealership and all I knew was what I had heard from others, mostly bad. So when I met Viktor, I was very wary. Here was the evil car dealer that I had heard so much about. HOWEVER, Viktor's friendly, honest personality soon won me over and I began to relax as we discussed what I was looking for and a bit about the car buying process. Viktor clearly explained how things worked and the steps we'd be taking in finding the car I was looking for. We went out on a test drive of a 2014 Ford Fusion and Viktor was able to answer all my questions and concerns. We went over details and talked money and Viktor made me an offer that was exactly what I was looking for. Needless to say I purchased my first new vehicle and have Viktor to thank. He is a great guy and I'm certainly glad he was the one to guide me along in my first dealership experience. I would recommend Viktor to anyone who is looking to buy a car and have complete confidence that they will as satisfied with their purchase and experience as I am. More
My experience working with Viktor and Koons Ford to buy a new car was superb. Viktor was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for what I needed and wanted. We looked at the Escape, Edge, a new car was superb. Viktor was genuinely interested in helping me find the right car for what I needed and wanted. We looked at the Escape, Edge, and Explorer models. Viktor was incredibly patient while I checked out and test drove each model (changing my favorite choice multiple times during the process). He asked the right questions and always answered the right answers with complete knowledge of the pros and cons for each of the Ford models as they pertained to my needs. I ended up purchasing the Edge and I honestly could not be happier with my choice. Viktor and Koons really worked hard to get an honest solid sale price for the car and everybody was happy. All around a 5 star experience. I highly recommend Viktor as a salesperson to work with for finding the right car. He cares about his customers and will never try to get you to buy something before you are ready or that is not the right fit for you. More

His honesty about pricing details and comparisons to other brands was a comfort for me in my decision to continue my ownership of a Ford Focus. Even his continued support and hard work to get financing and making sure I was taken care of after he had already made a sale, shows true and genuine concern for a customer’s needs and concerns. In the end his effort helped me get into a new Focus that exceeded my expectations. The car is so much more than I thought I was able to acquire and for the price I could afford. Everyone at the dealership seem genuinely interested in my needs in a car which put me at ease that the car I bought would be one I actually wanted. More

Victor, kept txting me on a Saturday (next day I placed online request), and he's very responsive and knows the right way to reach out to me, by keep txting me. I was amazed the way he was responding as it looks to me a personalized sales experience. I went around the whole day to multiple dealerships, and finally I told Victor that I'll meet him around 7 PM, the time they close. By the time when I reached his office, it's five minutes past 7, and he was there waiting for me. He didn't rushed me through the whole process even after getting late that too on a weekend. I kept pushing him for more rebates, being a typical buyer. He was very patient and friendly, explaining me what they get and had a clear transparency in the whole process. Finally, almost after 2 hours of negotiation, he got me the deal satisfying me, after convincing his managers 2-3 times. He was very sportive listening to me as a customer, even though I didn't give him any hopes of closing the deal till the last minute. Finally, I got the deal and did the documentation. When I walked out that night, I thought he's done with me as he finished the deal. But, he continued his caring service for next 3 days I took the delivery of the vehicle. I wish him to get more business and continue having his attitude of sales in his own style. Brandi, helped me thro' the documentation and advised me with the maintenance & service plans. Overall, it's a great first experience for me purchasing the car in this country. More
