Viktor was very helpful with my purchase. We corresponded via email prior to my appointment, and during my appointment he took the time to answer all my questions and address all of my concerns. My only complaint was the finance agent I worked with to iron out financing details. I did not appreciate him trying to sell me gap coverage on my financing. The amount I financed was significantly less than NADA trade once my down payment and trade-in were accounted for, and gap insurance was unnecessary. All in all though, I had a good experience at this dealership. More

We started our buying process with the Internet Sales Manager Scott Snyder the evening before. We arrived at the dealership at 7:30 on a Friday night and were met by Victor whom Scott had instructed to take care of us. Victory was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and provided us with many options of availability. He took us on 2 more test drives of different engine types when we said we were still undecided. We made our decision, found the vehicle that matched all our requirements and finished the negotiations with Victor as the price quoted by Jeff earlier was still in effect. Nothing during the process made us feel like we were being taken advantage of. Victor had our vehicle cleaned and prepared for us while we finished up with the finance office with Brandi. Again this process was very painless. I had received a pre-approval from a nation bank prior to arriving and when Ford Motor Credit could not meet that rate, the finance officer was able to get me a lower rate from her relationship with that bank than my pre-approved rate. There were no hard up-sells in the finance office and we wrapped everything up around 10:30pm. Victory then spent an extra 20 minutes or so giving us a quick tutorial on the electronic functions of the vehicle, linking our phones to the systems and showing us how to use the voice activated features. This was an easy and stress free buying experience and I would recommend Koons, Victor, Scott, Jeff and the rest of the team highly. More

This is the fourth F-150 I've purchased and by far the best experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Lots of new electronics on the vehicle that were all explained very clearly.
