I had a very disappointing experience with Koons Falls Church Ford Service Center. I brought my car in for a 7am appointment to diagnose an issue and didn't receive any updates despite multiple calls. Whe Church Ford Service Center. When I finally spoke with the manager in the afternoon, he informed me that no one had looked at my car yet and was very rude throughout the conversation. I eventually had to request my car back, and they arranged an Uber for me. The lack of communication and the manager's attitude were unacceptable. I would not recommend this service center based on my experience. More

Bought a 2019 mustang gt. Rafael the sales guy was a very helpful. When financing with Shant it was a nightmare got a loan from another bank that i told him, was trying force Rafael the sales guy was a very helpful. When financing with Shant it was a nightmare got a loan from another bank that i told him, was trying force me to get warranties that i didn’t need. When i took the car home put the car on the lift i saw it had un-repaired damage on the quarter panel, leaking axle, airbag light came on when driving the car home. I was told i had 3 days the return the car so i tried to return it on the 2nd day of me owning it and they said that they weren’t going to to return or exchange the car. After going to talk with them and going back and forth with gohny he finally agreed to fix all the problems left the car there for 3 weeks they called me back and told me they weren’t going to fix the quarter panel even after they told me they were. Buy a car else where. More

My family and I arrived just after noon time and I think they could tell we were getting a little hungry they offered us drinks and snacks while we went over the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. We went for a test drive and I felt like I had a friend in the front passenger seat riding with us. Azizi went above and beyond and treated my family and me like we were VIPs from start to finish! The manager came over and talked to us for a bit and even he was hilarious and cracking jokes. It’s a great feeling when you can go into a place and feel like they’re not just after your money even if they are (that’s business)! I will absolutely go back to purchase another vehicle from them. They know what they’re doing over at Koons, Falls Church!! More

Second attempt to have my problem, which is simple, resolved in this store and it was a horrible experience. First, my appointment was set and I explained the problem and then they called me to arrive earlier so that I would have enough time to resolve it, and then the person who called me was confused about what time I should go and told me to go at another timetable. When I arrived, the technician responsible for the service wasn't there, I don't know what time he arrived and the 3 attendants I spoke to were rude and couldn't give me decent information about when my car would be looked at. I waited for 2 hours and no one came to check my car, I tried once again to talk to an attendant who was again rude and didn't give me any information. I left after waiting two hours and not having my problem resolved. Definitely avoid this place if you want your problems solve. More
