More than once he has assured me I didn't require the repair I thought I did. That is a rarity in the vehicle service industry. Never took my other cars to dealers until my Ford models because decades ago had a very bad dishonest service rep at Rosenthal dealership. More
No hassle, new Focus! My girlfriend and I came in on a holiday and Yaz Sarraj greeted us politely. He took us to the other Koons lot to test out three different cars, answered every question we threw at him and never pressured us at any point. I took over a week to decide and for a few return visits, he worked with my schedule to make sure the cars I wanted to see were front and center. On sale day, the staff was patient as I considered all financing options and Yaz spent time making sure the Focus was in pristine condition when the deal was done. He's since been communicative regarding specific questions I had throughout the process to make sure I know everything about the car. I may have been able to find a similar model elsewhere, but I doubt I would have been treated this well. Thanks to Yaz and Koons for making this so easy. More

Routine maintenance and Detailing As always, Randy Gabler took charge and had all maintenance and detailing accomplishes in a very timely manner. During the routine maintenance it was noted that some compoents needed to repaced. I approved and Randy took action to complete the work. Clearly didn't want my business I stopped in at Koon's Ford Falls Church to ask about the 2015 Ford Focus Electric. We were met by a salesman, and when asked, I said I was looking t I stopped in at Koon's Ford Falls Church to ask about the 2015 Ford Focus Electric. We were met by a salesman, and when asked, I said I was looking to see if they have a Focus Electric on their lot, or if there was someone who I could speak with about the car. The salesman went inside to ask, and came back to say that they didn't have that vehicle on the lot, there were none in the area, and that in fact, Ford was discontinuing that model in 2016. He asked if there was something else I was interested in seeing. I said "no" but that my friend was interested in talking to someone about a Fusion. While I was waiting for my friend, I decided to ask another salesman about the Focus Electric since a search the previous evening on-line showed at least three cars available in the Washington, DC area. The second salesman also told me that that model was being discontinued in the U.S. in 2016, and that they didn't have any available. He said it had something to do with a lack of available charging stations in the U.S. I then asked him if he could perhaps help me locate one since a search of the Ford.com website showed three cars available. His response was that they couldn't help me and suggested I call Ford Motors directly and ask them as they would be able to help me locate those three vehicles if they did exist. However, he did ask me if I was perhaps instead interested in the Fusion Energi Gas-Electric Plug-in Hybrid. I'm not sure why he thought I would be interested in a Plug-in Hybrid since he had just told me there was a lack of charging stations in the U.S., which is completely false. Clearly, this dealership had no interest in investing any time or effort in me, and provided me with several pieces of false information. For example, there is already information about the 2016 Ford Focus Electric on the Ford website. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, and honestly, am completely surprised by its high rating given the complete lack of service I received. I have promptly taken my business elsewhere and am planning to by a Nissan Leaf instead. More

The whole experience was very good...we did have some slight delays in processing the final paperwork but they apologized for the delay and took care of us. I have definitely recommended Koons Ford to my company for any other new car purchases. More

LOTS OF WASTED TIME!!!! I was going to buy a Subaru STi... sales dude took me on a five minute test drive basically around the block in traffic, pulled back up and he asked me if I wanted to buy it. Wow, he knew nothing about the car or basically anything and ALL he asks me is if I am going to buy it?? I had some correspondence with him back and forth, and then began talking to a sales manager named Joe. Talking to him on the phone, at first I appreciated how blunt he was but it turned into rudeness and a complete lack of any professionalism. I really like to the car and it was a good price so I let them know how interested I was, and I would be in the next day. That day I did the online financing form and everything and was slated to go into literally buy the car right after I got out of work. Well Joe emailed me and said there was a lot of interest in the car so they raised the price by $1,000. CAN YOU SAY BAIT AND SWITCH??? Well I had to email yet another manager to have them on or the first price that they had told me the day before. After all of this bull crap, and waiting to hear from them I go to the dealership and he finally emails me and tells me he sold the car.ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I feel bad for whoever bought it because they paid an extra $1,000, which I am guessing is why he did not sell the car to me. I was totally screwed by this place and I had lots of my time wasted. TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL & SKETCHY. I'm going to make sure to share this review on every website possible so no one else have their time wasted by them. More
Horrible Experience, Lost $ dealing with them I called them about a car they advertised on Autotrader and made an offer which was rejected. They called me the next morning and offered a reasonable counter offer which I accepted and they agreed. Since it was a Saturday and my bank closed early, I went down and got a bank check to seal the transaction. They then called me back and told me that they couldn't sell the car for the price we agreed on and it would be $1,250 higher but the sales man was trying to work something out. He then called back saying his price being $1,250 higher was firm. So I did not do the deal and now I'm out of pocket $20 for the bank check which I need to redeposit. When I find another car I'll have to have another bank check re-issued and out of pocket another $20. These guys can not be trusted. More
