Great buying experience, not so great service quality I had an outstanding, no xx salesperson, Mike Lopes. He said his piece, I said my piece and the deal was done. Finance is the usual trying to sell you everything but after saying no a few times, finally accepted my answer. Excellent overall buying experience. Car had some cosmetic issues and Mike did all he can to fix the issues. Management should train and look over the guys washing the vehicles, I guarantee you 99% of all scratches on their brand new cars are a direct result of improper car washing. I recently brought the car in for warranty work and told 2 persons at the service department to not wash the car due to the reason above and freshly installed clear bra, but they washed it anyway and very poorly. New scratches on the car, on the clear bra, water spots everywhere, just a mess. So buy a car but never let them wash your car. Thanks Mike. More
