I got cheated ! Save yourself , don't buy from here BE CAREFUL AND SAVE YOURSELF ! Buying a car here has been the most humiliating and shameful experience of my life . The dealership is full of scamste BE CAREFUL AND SAVE YOURSELF ! Buying a car here has been the most humiliating and shameful experience of my life . The dealership is full of scamsters and people trying to cheat you with excessive sales pitches. I was unlucky and was cheated by the sales people to pay more than I should have. When I confronted the dealership of their scam , they said do whatever you can . It's my humble request if you still buy a car from here , please read the documents before you sign on them . I have already filed a complaint against them to the Attorney General's office and Better Business Bureau . If I don't get a response from them , I am planning to sue them . More

I've I wasn't the average customer, shopping on-line from 600 miles away, but working with Koons Ford (and especially with Tut's help) was so easy!!! I've been blessed to work with Ford dealerships since the '80's and have loved my Ford cars and trucks, but this was really different. I'm now driving my "dream" Mustang - well, I bought the one next to the GT-350 ;) I had never seen the car except on-line, yet it felt like I was just down the road. Tut worked with me the whole way.
