These guys do not seem not upfront and above board. I went in to buy a used car based on an internet price. After a test drive, I decided to buy the car, then they added ~$6000 to the internet price of went in to buy a used car based on an internet price. After a test drive, I decided to buy the car, then they added ~$6000 to the internet price of the car to get to the "out the door price" I asked for the keys to my car so I could leave. That's when a sales manager came along and kept me from walking out by knocking some "optional" charges ($2000 of it was taxes and stuff but they kept wouldn't budge on a $899 service fee). Why do they add all those optional charges to begin with? Presumably because some people actually pay what they're told to pay. I also agreed to sell them my old car for $12000 cash. I was paying more than I expected but it was getting late and it wasn't a bad deal. Then after I was sitting around for a while waiting for them to get all the paperwork ready, another manager told me that they couldn't pay me what they promised on my car unless I applied it as a trade in against the car I was buying. I specifically asked if they could cut me a check for my car so I could take out a larger note on the car I was buying and the sales manager specifically told me yes. Then the general manager got involved. He explained it cost them more to buy a car than to take a car as a trade in and he lost a "trade in credit" by paying cash so they had to reduce the offer. I asked for my keys and left.. I just got a text as I am writing this review and the general manager would like to do the original deal we cut before he got involved. I shudder to guess what they would try to pull on me when I got into financing. If you MUST deal with them because their internet deals seem so juicy (I did too until they added $1800 here and $900 there, etc.), then get an "out the door" price before you go and get them to send it to you in writing before you step on the lot. Be ready to leave as soon as they engage in shenanigans. Don't believe anything these guys say until you get it in writing. True for a lot of situations, I feel it is especially true here. I suppose if you are one of those people that overpay, they will treat you very well. xxxx, I would treat you well too. It really seems like they have layers of sales and management with each layer intended to squeeze more and more money out of you. More

Arrogant. Tried selling $2.9k "repairs" to pass inspection without detailed estimate. Price $3k+ over advertised. Then called back with a lower offer after we left. Why not make that offer while a inspection without detailed estimate. Price $3k+ over advertised. Then called back with a lower offer after we left. Why not make that offer while at the dealer. Obviously trying to take advantage of the customer. No transparency. Argumentative. When someone continually says "I understand " but it's obvious they are not listening. Get some sales training and customer advocacy guidance. No trust. Dont go here. More

Koon’s Financial Department needs a complete overhaul! I don’t know if it is the management or the business policy to make it a habit of up-selling by lying to its customers. My husband and I were told that don’t know if it is the management or the business policy to make it a habit of up-selling by lying to its customers. My husband and I were told that we could NOT get a loan without purchasing an extended warranty, which we found out was false from the bank after we purchased the vehicle. We were also told that oil changes were included in that warranty, only to find out, they were not and for that ‘maintenance’ package we were charged almost another $1000.00. After driving the vehicle home, we found out the rear windshield wiper and the second key did not work. When we called to ask for it to be fixed, the first time, we were told someone would call us back, didn’t happen. When I called back a few days after that and spoke to the ‘manager’, he said they were not liable for the cost of the repairs and when I asked for a different manager to call me back, no one has returned my call. I’m assuming they are trying to push for the 30 day warranty to expire. My husband and I both work for the local school system. I am a teacher and want good, honest, hard-working people to know that this place and it’s ‘managers’ and financial department are unethical. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE! I really wish I had seen these reviews before I drove to their lot! We will be filing a dealer compliance at the DMV and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. More
This place makes the average american people pay for add in services with out a choice but when you realized this they play DUMB and BLAME THE CUSTOMER for signing the contract and not bringing a mechanic w in services with out a choice but when you realized this they play DUMB and BLAME THE CUSTOMER for signing the contract and not bringing a mechanic with you. ( this just happen when a senior came because his car (purchased 2month ago) DID NOT pass inspection. The general manager and manager(every sells person is called manager when a problem needs to be addressed so don’t get fool) did nothing else than blame the poor men. HORRIBLE!!!!! Their finance people almost make us sign a monthly payment of $700 for a 22k x84 months ... WHAT? If you don’t pay attention they will not do anything to redo or fix the contract. They make you look at what they want you to choose to make more money and when you ask for clarification they confuse you with other things and OKI DOKI YOU making you feel they are doing everything for you. But IT IS NOT! IT IS DISGUSTING HOW THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE of the everyday working people. More
