At the start of our purchase I would have given Koons a good review, but then came the BIG problems with our used car purchase. We have had nothing but problems from the dealership. They screen calls and good review, but then came the BIG problems with our used car purchase. We have had nothing but problems from the dealership. They screen calls and avoid answering questions when they had our car for service. They were dishonest with us numerous times. Out of the first 30 days of owning the car we were actually able to drive it for 4 days. While they repaired the problem they kept stalling on delivering it back to us as we traveled 4 hours to purchase the car. They promised to clear coat the car and did not do it and promised to replace a missing part and did not do that either. The used cars sales manager is terrible Ghani. Stay away from this dealership.
