They sold me a truck. When they received the truck they sold it to someone else. I did finally get a truck after hiring a lawyer and having to pay more out of pocket. Damage was fixed by Koons Ford, the workmanship looks good truck came back in time frame as discussed! However this did require for me to follow-up on two different occasions. Spoke with the GM again the other day. Waiting to see if he/they will follow through per that conversation.
