Had to keep calling service center to get updates about my car that they had for days and turned into a week. I get my car back and it looks like somebody has been going through my stuff. Do not go to Koons Ford. They have a Hyundai Genesis, that looks nothing like the pictures posted. I live in Durham NC. I called the dealership asking for more pictures of the car. They only sent the good pics. I asked if the paint was faded on the car and was told no it was in good shape. I asked are you sure before I make the 4 and a half hr drive. Akram Abdelhalim said that the car was perfect. I made the drive only to see a car that was a total mess. The paint was faded and chipped. The drivers seat was broken and coming apart. There are parts missing off the front of the car. That car should not be on anyones lot for sale. I felt like i was taken advantage of. I drove all that way for nothing, a complete waste of a day. And with gas being at an all time high that trip cost me $150. I reached out to the GM, left him a voice message. He has yet to respond... Its sad that these types of people and dealerships are able to stay open... To the people at Koons in the future, be honest and tell people that the cars are not what they seem online. Respect peoples time, effort and money. Remember buying from Koons is a option! I'm going to share the horrible experience with everyone I can reach on every review, or social media platform that will allow me... My time and money maens something to me.... Akram knew that car wasnt worth a 4 plus hour drive. SMH really wasted my day... STAY AWAY FROM KOONS FORD!!!!!! More
