I don't think there's anything you can do at this point. I found another dealer who was willing to work with me to buy an Expedition. Everything was wrapped up in a day over the phone. In the future, please tell your guys not to push cars the customer doesn't want. For instance, Mert kept pushing the Expedition Max, because that's what he had, after I told them I didn't want it. I wanted a regular Expedition. Also please tell them to follow up. I had to speak with your GM to get Mert to call me back on simple things like what Expeditions, not Max, were available, my payoff from Ford Credit, my finance rate, etc. I had to chase him down for that info. When I bought my F-150 Platinum from your dealership in July of '20, the sale was fast and easy. Two plus years later, with staff turnover, the experience was horrible.
