Falls church, Arlington Va. I’ve been taken services from Koons(Falls Church, Va) since 2019 after bought my Ford Escape from you. My last visit (4/17/2023) at Koons I gave poo I’ve been taken services from Koons(Falls Church, Va) since 2019 after bought my Ford Escape from you. My last visit (4/17/2023) at Koons I gave poor review to advisor-P04- Pham, Phuc because of bad services. Today(7/18/2023) I went to Koons for oil change. One service member came to and ask for help. I told her that I don’t have an appointment but I want to oil change. She said is ok. No problems. We’ll talk care of it. And she took necessary steps and asked me to wait. After one hour and 15 minutes later I asked one of service members progressing work. He called to Pham, Phuc to check and he came to me with angry attitude and kept telling me you should wait 2-3 hours. Because you don’t have appointment. And I assured him that I have already told it to her I don’t have appointment(I didn’t feel any respect during conversation). Then he accused me for last visit(4/17/2023) why I gave him poor review. I felt like threatening(because of his telling style) and very uncomfortable for his accused’s. How can one organization’s employee/ service member asked/ accuse to customer for good/bad review. I have never heard or see to someone to do it. He made me very uncomfortable that moment. Does he mark my face ? Should I go to Koons for getting service again ? Can I feel safe? I don’t know yet. Can someone asks him why he did ? Does he know reviews depends on service? More

Given new sales are being driven to the web and are less profitable, they are trying to make it up with $ervice. As a matter of principle and to test the situation and my attitude, I went to Firestone in McLean instead and got immediately the job I requested for $170.00 all-in versus the Koon's starter quote the minute I walked in of $300.00 just to look under the hood to begin to do "diagnostics." I don't think even Ms. Crystal Koons would be comfortable with that. (She or her service manager are welcome to write me for more details.) In the end, a sadly blatant total con job, and very disappointing after years of good service there. Times they are a changin... ! More
My daughter was supposed to be purchasing a car from this dealership but needed a cosigner. When my daughter just got remarried and went to have the title and registration changed to his and her name they fo dealership but needed a cosigner. When my daughter just got remarried and went to have the title and registration changed to his and her name they found out my wife was listed as the owner and couldn’t get new title and registration. They had put my daughter down as the co-signer. I also just received my new home owner insurance bill and it’s raising that by $100 a year because of adding the vehicle to my debts. Very slick way to sell a car. Never buying here again! They kept us there at the dealership for over 8 hours they wear you down and you just want to get it done buyer beware!!!! More
Purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas this weekend. My salesman (Rafay) was excellent in service and knowledge about my needs. He listened to what type of vehicle I wanted and which ones I wanted to lo My salesman (Rafay) was excellent in service and knowledge about my needs. He listened to what type of vehicle I wanted and which ones I wanted to look at. However, the Atlas was not on any of my lists. I needed a vehicle to manage my size (6'5) for leg space. Rafay pointed out the Atlas to me and I was very grateful. Koons does not get 5 stars because after Rafay was efficient with knowledge and my time. I had to wait for the paperwork which always frustrates me. Again I would like to thank Rafay for assisting me as well as he did. I also learned that it was his first sale for Koons I hope they hire more like Rafay. Then maybe eventually they will get the paperwork, all worked out and they can get 5 stars. More
