Textbook bait and switch operation. I called 12/26/25 to check the availability of a Kia they had advertised on their web site. I gave the sales person the stock number. I never mentioned the name of the car, The sales person looked up the stock number and confirmed I was checking on the Kia EV-6 Wind. He said that car was sold. I thanked him and good-bye. Today, 12/27/25 a different sales person, Tristan, leaves a voice message stating "...the Kia EV-6 you were interested in to let you know that THIS vehicle is available and we have year-end sales going on right now. Let me know if you can make it in...". When I called back, Tristan was unavailable, but the sales person I did speak to confirmed that the car was sold. Even quoted me the last 4 digits of the stock number of the car. Fortunately I didn't waste my time driving there. Of course Tristan calls me back to see if I'm still interested even though the car I called about was sold. Well, it just so happens they have another 2022 Kia EV-6 available. The one that IS available just happens to be $4000 more. If I'd driven from Silver Spring MD to Falls Church I'd be vested in not wasting my time. caveat emptor More

Very professional, service representative was great, new his job and asked questions about my needs. I believe if all service representative are trained similar to the one I had Koons Ford, is where you wan his job and asked questions about my needs. At the start of our purchase I would have given Koons a good review, but then came the BIG problems with our used car purchase. We have had nothing but problems from the dealership. They screen calls and good review, but then came the BIG problems with our used car purchase. We have had nothing but problems from the dealership. They screen calls and avoid answering questions when they had our car for service. They were dishonest with us numerous times. Out of the first 30 days of owning the car we were actually able to drive it for 4 days. While they repaired the problem they kept stalling on delivering it back to us as we traveled 4 hours to purchase the car. They promised to clear coat the car and did not do it and promised to replace a missing part and did not do that either. The used cars sales manager is terrible Ghani. Stay away from this dealership.
