I had originally taken my car to Apple Ford for a mirror replacement. The replacement didn't go well. I felt that Apple Ford weren't honest and straight forward. I decided to give Koons Ford a try. Koons Ford properly did the replacement! My service Rep David was pleasant and respectful. He made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done and he showed a genuine concern about me as a customer. The rating system only has 5 stars but my experience with him and Koons Ford was a 10! More
I want to start off by saying I bring in all my trucks in here for service and never had an issue. Came in for service and was not told a single thing about my vehicle I was just given the bill with no inspe here for service and never had an issue. On top of that they used my rewards points without my consent when I have the rewards visa. I wish I could have saved them for something down the line. I think other ford dealerships may have won my loyalty. More
Zero customer service from the saleslady to the Finance guy to Manager, Used cars. Everyone is xxxx too busy to address your concern. I was sold an electric vehicle without a home-charger, the first order came incomplete not until the 7th day and no apology. They over-charged me for tag transfer and lied to me that MVA will refund me. MVA applied my payment to the new car, which means they never paid MVA any fees for the new registration. I am still being owed up till now. When I complained to the manager, he did not even reply my text and the sales lady stopped answering my calls. More

Despite reaching out multiple times through various channels, including management, my attempts to purchase an F-150 were met with unr disappointing. Joshua Townes and Tom Snyder provided subpar customer service, making it the worst automotive sales encounter I've ever had. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from Koons Ford of Baltimore, especially if you're buying from out of state. More
