I would defintely recommend Koon Ford Baltimore to my friends and family. I initially started looking at the Fusion, which Felix assisted me with a test drive and some intial numbers. During both test drives, Felix was able to explain the car features in detail without pressing me for the sale. After doing pricing research I began negotiating with several dealers. The staff at Koons Ford Baltimore was by far the most friendly and responsive, especially Dennis Koulatsos. I drove a hard bargain but Dennis did not take it personally and welcomed me to the dealership on my arrival to take ownership of the 2012 Taurus.
