I took the time to rate this employee because he was nothing but honest with me. I could have received a lesser price in Virginia, but the dealer in Virginia misrepresented himself. Mr. Thacker tried t nothing but honest with me. I could have received a lesser price in Virginia, but the dealer in Virginia misrepresented himself. Mr. Thacker tried to match the price, but when he couldn't he told that he couldn't and that he would understand if I went to the other dealer. He told me that he would like to have my business and I believed that his customer service after the sale was worth the cost. Going to the finance office afterward was smoothe and easy and I received a follow up call a week after the sale to check my satisfaction level. Good customer service does still exist. More
