I just bought a new car for my daughter who is 21. I was looking for something that was affordable and with an appeal to a younger person. I did not have a particular car in mind. It had all the bells and whistles that would be appealing to my 21 year old daughter. I test drove the vehicle and I loved it. She needed the car right away and Felix helped to make the happen. I am so grateful for this dealership. They were wonderful! They were not pushy or aggressive. They were kind, professional, and understanding. I took the time to rate this employee because he was nothing but honest with me. I could have received a lesser price in Virginia, but the dealer in Virginia misrepresented himself. Mr. Thacker tried to match the price, but when he couldn't he told that he couldn't and that he would understand if I went to the other dealer. He told me that he would like to have my business and I believed that his customer service after the sale was worth the cost. Going to the finance office afterward was smoothe and easy and I received a follow up call a week after the sale to check my satisfaction level. Good customer service does still exist. More
