Serdal was amazing from the first phone call about our desired vehicle to the surprise delivery to our daughter. The representative that handled my case Jay Stewart was very good. However, the diagnosis of my car’s issues was not determined . The car would have needed to go from department to department to be diagno very good. However, the diagnosis of my car’s issues was not determined . My big issue was having to rent a Hertz car for the undetermined length of the appointment. With car insurance added, it was expensive. We have always had a loaner from dealerships. That doubled the cost of the work. Not good. More
