The only issue I experienced was I ended up waiting for 30 minutes to meet with the gentleman who does the financing, who was also a pleasure to deal with, but his name slips my mind. Worst experience ever .. Koons has had my truck two weeks yet nobody even called to give me updates or responded to my emails and calls .. The worst part is they gave me warranty on truck part they fixed and the csame problem occurred and I had truck towed back there all a sudden everyone is so busy and nobody knows that's going on .. Here's the reality they didn't wanna honor the warranty on the part so they basically parked my truck off to side and forgot about it .. Two weeks and not one call to give me update .. I will be taking this issue up with upper management .. I didn't deal with Paul directly but if his service guys are this brazen it reflects his lack of leadership .. I will never take my truck there again .., More
