It's only fair for me to share the full story here. You were asked to leave our store for screaming, threatening and cursing at our employees. Koons Ford is - by every measure - a top 20 (out of 3,200 Ford stores) in the nation, and currently serves over 50,000 great customers a year. As general manager of this great organization since 2005, under no circumstance would I ever tolerate abusive behavior towards our employees by anyone.

Karen, we have no choice in a situation like this other than to present the facts after we've done a thorough review of your visit with our staff. We have used our security cameras to review the very moment you brought the car onto our lot - 8:24am on 11/14/18. In the footage, which holds the time and date stamp, it is abundantly clear that your vehicle has this pre-existing damage to the trunk. This damage was not caused by any member of our team. We reached out to ask you to come in and review the camera footage with us, and have not heard back. We can only assume that you have realized your own error here, and we wish you the best in finding a shop to help repair your vehicle.
