Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and an alignment. I was told it would take between 2-2.5 hours. I waited in the lounge area. 3.5 hours go by when an advisor finally updates me and said the alignment. I was told it would take between 2-2.5 hours. Another hour and a half goes by and I do not receive my vehicle until 4.5 hours after the vehicle was taken back. For the little amount of service done on the vehicle, that is unacceptable. This is not the first time service has been like this at this location. More
