What you've written here is inaccurate. No one was fired for trying to assist you. Further, when you came into our showroom you were being verbally abusive to our employees. At that point, our General Manager politely asked you to lower your voice, but you continued yelling, at which point we had to ask you to leave. We wish you luck in finding a service provider that better meets your needs.

First of all I wasn't yelling, and the only reason you have responded is the Koons Senior Leadership got involved. At no time was either Dennis or Mikey polite to me. In fact, Dennis' call to me was no where near conciliatory but rather more an 'in-your-face' rant about me being wrong. Do yourselves a favor, let it go. You guys disgust me.
