Bought my 4th vehicle from Koons. The sales and finance staff are great to work with, but there is one staff member (Rob Young) who stands alone in the forefront. Without any pressure, this fellow is genuinely approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Something you don't get from the typical car salesperson. Key word here is "GENUINE". I'm typically standoffish with dealer sales staff and to be blunt Rob changed the game. Again, without pressure, he listened to my vehicular needs/wants and brought those options to the table including color, powertrain and price range, I was able to test drive every vehicle and Rob demonstrated patience during the ordeal. Not once did I feel obligated to buy. I was impressed. Rob was quite transparent during the negotiation process as well. Even though there wasn't much negotiation to be had (thanks Koons), Rob persevered and stuck around during the deal game. It was almost like dealing with a close friend or family member. He even called me to see if I still loved my new ride (a couple months after the sale was done). YES I DO. That made my day and made me feel that my money mattered. Kept my car for 7 weeks and a rental car charge of 1500 dollars for the 2nd time being there for the same problem. Service manager was completely unprofessional saying I could buy another car to get out of dollars for the 2nd time being there for the same problem. Service manager was completely unprofessional saying I could buy another car to get out of my rental. Then saying there transmission people were out sick. Always a excuse left trash in my car. Not happy with my experience with this dealership and will not be back. And will make sure my voice will be heard about there lack of professionalism.
