Unethical business practice. When financing the dealership checked multiple different lenders, however did not disclose that to me. I was only presented with and offered financing through Toyota. It’s was not until I was notified by credit monitoring services I learned that I had multiple inquiries. At the time of financing, the dealership did not disclose they applied to other lenders nor the rates they offered. The real issue was when I reached out to one of the other lenders inquiring about the rate I was offered, and it was 2% less than what I got with Toyota. I trusted this dealership to work on my behalf. If there was a lower rate available I should have be made aware. I was never even told by the dealership who the other lenders were. The only solution I was offered was to refinance if I can get a better rate. Gee thanks. I’m sure this isn’t an isolated incident with this dealership or this brand, but they will not get my business again. More

As Daysiah McCloud’s first customer when she started at Toyota service, I saw her working intensely to get everything right and to do a great job.
