I am the proud owner of a 2002 Toyota Corolla and my current mileage is 242,000 and my little baby keeps on going. This is because of Koons Toyota of Annapolis. I have been going to Koons Toyota in Annapolis, Maryland since I purchased my Corolla from them in 2001 and have visited them every 5,000 miles or as needed and have never received anything less than SUPERIOR service. I could go on and on talking about how wonderful the employees are at Koons. They have always treated me as if I were a member of their family and when I come for service or call, they roll out the red carpet - everyone comes to say hello and they always make sure I am comfortable while I wait for my vehicle. Wayne Lopez, Mike Burrell, Kevin, Brandon, Lex, Barbara, Alisha, and so many others always provide outstanding service. I would never go anywhere else and tell anyone who owns a Toyota to take it to Koons in Annapolis if you want superior service. They are the best and I am proud to be associated with them. Just like the Timex commercial, my litte red Corolla keeps on ticking.....And, I owe it all to Koons Toyota of Annapolis. They have my eternal gratitude. Sincerely, Regina Allen More

I can email him to ask for an appointment and his response is always timely. He makes certain that all the discounts that I am eligible for are recorded on the final bill.He is always willing to go the extra mile for his customers and I appreciate all that he does to get me in and out without long waits.He gives me all the information I will need before I take the car in for service..costs, recommendations of services needed, etc. As I reflect on this Annapolis location, all the staff from the guys who check your car in to the cashier are friendly and very helpful.I have purchased all my vehicles from this location since 1988 and I cannot imagine going to any other Toyota dealership. Car was in for quick lube and mechanic found items that needed to be repaired.Car has low mileage but he found that the timing belt needed to be changed due to age.This notice was very important since if t needed to be repaired.Car has low mileage but he found that the timing belt needed to be changed due to age.This notice was very important since if the belt breaks you could destroy the engine.Holly Brown got estimates on all the work needed and the final bill was right in line with the estimates. Scott responded to my email inquiry and never was tempted to approach me in an unprofessional way. He quoted a price that he never wavered in backing up. His was not the lowest price but was close enough to the lowest price to encourage me to follow up with him. I visited his dealership although it is 40 miles from my home. There are more than 10 dealers between me and him. I am glad that I made my decision to go with him as my salesman. More
After visiting another dealership for service in the past and comparing it to Koons in Annapolis, I can say, I love to go to Koons! Even though the other one is closer to home, i prefer to drive the extra mi and comparing it to Koons in Annapolis, I can say, I love to go to Koons! Even though the other one is closer to home, i prefer to drive the extra miles for quality service and friendliness! Also, the waiting area is designed that if need to do some work, i can do it. And who is not going to love having some coffee and a donut while waiting..... Needless to say, i will keep taking my vehicle for service at KOONS TOYOTA IN ANNAPOLIS! More
I have used Koons since 2004 when I first moved to Maryland. Maryland is a horrible state with rude, unfriendly people. But I have never received anything other than great service, unwavering customer support, and a "bend over backwards" approach to making my service on my Toyota Solara all that it should be and more. In this case, the service took longer than the techs expected, and Lex kept me informed at regular intervals concerning the progress on my vehicle, making my time there his personal priority. And this isn't the first time that I've received such outstanding service. And listening to the conversations with other customers, it isn't just me that receives this attention. I am trying to find work in another state now that I've retired from the service, and can only hope that I find a dealer like Koons where ever I end up. More
On May 16, 2011 we (Wayne and Delores) came into the Service Department of Koons Toyota of Annapolis to have the passenger side front window of our daughter's 2006 Toyota Camry that was purchased on 5/1 Service Department of Koons Toyota of Annapolis to have the passenger side front window of our daughter's 2006 Toyota Camry that was purchased on 5/18/10 to be repaired. We purchase a warranty that we thought covered the problem unfornately to our surprise it was not covered which meant we would have to pay to have the car fixed this made us unhappy . Well after Wayne made contact with Wendell Williams he took care of the matter right away and all we had to pay was the $100 deductible. We would like to express our thanks and appreciation to Wendell Williams for a job will done and look forward to doing business once again at Koons Toyota of Annapolis. Let's face it - taking our cars to receive maintenance service can be just another one of those mundane chores we have to do to keep our lives - and our vehicles - running smoothly. That said, I am determined to take care of my car so it will give me years of driving and smooth running. I take my RAV4 to no other place than Koons Annapolis Toyota Scion. This is the second Toyota I have purchased from Koons; I have been going to Koons since 2004 for all of my service. The service department has for years moved mountains to make my service experience pleasant and convenient. Making the service appointment itself could not be easier - I either call or use the Koons Annapolis Toyota website to set up my appointment; this literally takes seconds. The service staff calls to give me a reminder and also sends a reminder email of my service day and time. When I come with my car to the dealership, Kevin, Lex, or Wayne, top-notch service managers, know who I am. They greet me each time. As well, in a timely manner, they come to me to tell me how long my service will be. Many times I choose to stay in the lounge, very comfortably equipped with a coffee and snack machine, big-screen tv, wireless internet service, and doughnuts!! The service managers are usually right on the money concerning how long my service will be so I can plan whether to stay for a little and enjoy the lounge or take a stroll down west street and meet a friend for lunch. When my car is completed and I am at the counter, the cashier explains the service that was completed and details the amount that I may owe or is covered by my warranty. When I pull away from Koons after my car is brought around to the front entrance, I feel a sense of accomplishment knowing my car is and will continue to be in good hands! More
