My son unfortunately bought a used Toyota (not from Koons) that turned out to be a “lemon”. Wayne Lopez immediately recognized the challenge of a struggling 20 something and kept the service fee low while also offering candid advise on possible options. This was the first of about ½ dozen trips in less than 4 weeks and each time Wayne worked with my son on options and kept the costs down. The final chapter on this frustrating hard lesson learned purchase has not been written; but my loyalty to Koons Annapolis Toyota Scion has been cemented and I believe my son will be a loyal Toyota customer for all future cars. How refreshing to know you can trust a dealership to provide solid good maintenance advise and service while striving to keep costs reasonable (and even offering options elsewhere i.e. tires if their costs are too high). I would never go anyplace else. My own car is a Camry (which I bought from Koons 6 years ago) with 140,000 miles that I will keep and drive until Wayne, Lex or Kevin say it’s on its last leg and time to trade in; because I know that is exactly what they will do. You will not be disappointed if you go to Koons Annapolis Toyota Scion. More
Kevin to me represented Koons and Koons represents Toyota. Kevin was extremely polite. He listened to what I had to say. He accommodated me in a manner I did not expect. He told me my car needed a part, but the part wouldn't be there until the afternoon. He knew I worked at night. He offered me a loaner to go home, get some rest and come back later that evening (before 8:00 pm) or the following morning. He also worked with me extremely well in maintaining the total amount of my bill. His personality made everything even more appealing. Kevin is a very special employee whom I look forward to working with again. More
Wayne Lopez is the best. The customer service is excellent. Every person that I've come in contact with has been great. But Wayne Lopez is in a "league of his own." Everything is set out from the get go and you know exactly what is going on with any work that needs to be done. It is refreshing to know that when I drop my truck off in he morning, I'll have a ride to work. And when the work is complete, I call the shuttle driver and he comes right over to pick me up. "Steve" ( I do not have his last name) is a nice, pleasant and caring shuttle driver. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Koons Toyota in Annapolis. They have my vote and they have my business. I can't say enough about the team at Koons Toyota in Annapolis. Thank you. More

This service department is the finest I have ever dealt with. From the time you place the phone call to schedule the service through the time that they hand you the key back at the end, it is, without fai with. The explanations are clear and direct and the staff is thoroughly professional and competent. Although I don't stick my nose into the business of others, you can't help but observe that the staff treats everybody the same way at that high standard. There is never any worry that they're padding the bill with unnecessary work and parts---the thought never enters my mind because I know that that never happens here. The saying goes that you can't please all of the people all of the time, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're batting close to 1,000, the wing-nut members of the general public included. In short,having maintenance work done here is a very pleasant, positive experience. I think that the foregoing adequately explains why I give them such a high rating in every category. That staff clearly puts in a full effort to perform at such a high level and treat their customers like royalty. They all deserve to have their customer's time and effort in composing these reviews for a job well done. More
Everytime that I come into the Service Department I am greeted and treated wonderfully. If there are any services that need to added to my visit, I am called and talked to about the needed service and wh greeted and treated wonderfully. Everything is taken care in a timely manner. I would not take my Toyota anywhere else but Koons of Annapolis!!! More

I have been dealing with Koon's Annapolis Toyota since 1987. I buy primarily Toyota's and have my vehicles serviced regularly. Their service department is excellent. There have been occasions when I have taken my vehicles elsewhere for tires or out of the local are and have those service facilities tell me there were things wrong other than what I brought the vehicle in for. In one one instance I was told I needed new brakes. In those instances I never have the suggested work done, but wait and take in to Koon's. invariably the vehicles did not need the additional "repairs" and in the case of the brakes Koon's said they were fine and they lasted another 25,000 miles!
