Best Price and Customer Service EVER! I came in with the intention to only test drive a 2016 Prius v Five. I worked with Will Gable who is about as low-pressure as you could hope for. Ever I came in with the intention to only test drive a 2016 Prius v Five. I worked with Will Gable who is about as low-pressure as you could hope for. Everyone else I spoke with at the dealership was also extremely pleasant. I loved the 2016 Prius v and the year-end "wow" pricing was much better than I expected. Although they did not have the color scheme I wanted, they did find it at their Virgina dealership (only one in three states that I could find). Will drove it back the next day for me to see and test drive. Viktor in finance was wonderful to work through all the different financing scenarios. Unfortunately I had to change some aspects of the financing. Suheil accommodated me further by treating me with the utmost respect and giving me the deal and financing I needed. I could not be happier. Koons Toyota has a new loyal customer. More

BRENT, WILL and VIKTOR are AMAZING TEAM !!!!!! I first spoke with Will on Friday Dec. 18 about buying a sienna van as my van is a sienna 2001. He took the time to greet us and introduced us to Brent so we didn't have to sit around waiting . Brent was great to work with very personable. Will stopped by several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. Next came Viktor who took care of the finance part I loved working with Viktor this guy was great.! Felt like we were old friends . This is the fourth vehicle that I have bought from this dealership I can honestly said this was the best experience. Friendly, stress-free experience We lost our primary vehicle without warning and without any thoughts about what to replace it with. Thus started an eight week experience to research We lost our primary vehicle without warning and without any thoughts about what to replace it with. Thus started an eight week experience to research, locate and purchase what would be our fourteenth "pre-owned" car. This process is never easy. However, Koons Toyota had the right car and was able to assist us greatly in our decision process and the eventual purchase process. The key description here is "friendly cooperation", not to mention patience. This was an overall trait of everyone we worked with, and was really needed after eight weeks of stress build-up. Herman, our salesman, is a good man. He follows through and follows up. Buying a car, especially a used car, is always a difficult experience, but even more so when it must be done without prior planning. Herman spent three days with us while we evaluated the car. He was always helpful, courteous, patient and available. Well done Herman. Dennis Weaver was right there, as well, during the entire process, providing additional information and assistance.
