She found the right vehicle in the exact color we wanted making this by far the easiest car we have ever purchased or leased. She made certain every step was covered completely and worked directly with the Finance Department to ensure a smooth transition to a new vehicle. In the Finance Department we had the real pleasure of working with two outstanding professionals: Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan. These two men working diligently to handle all aspects of the financing and making sure we would be very pleased with the final deal. I highly recommend both Viktor and Suheil for whatever award that can be bestowed for their professionalism, kindness and genuine care that our financial needs were met through our transactions. We have purchased vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota in the past and always had a great experience but our current experience surpasses any transaction we have previously made. When management team members such as Tim and Scott take the time to greet you and make sure you are happy you cannot ask for a finer group of people to work with in buying or leasing a new Toyota. We have Toyota dealers that are much closer to our home but they lack the overall professional experience that Koons has e!!provided. I promised them a challenge in getting me into the vehicle of my choice and they met met every one of my financial needs to get me into the perfect RAV 4! Thank you Rob Knotts in service!! I'll start by saying I am not a dealership person. I typically use places where I can skip a service advisor and go right to the technician. I rarely I'll start by saying I am not a dealership person. I typically use places where I can skip a service advisor and go right to the technician. I rarely have good experiences with service advisors. However, my experience on Monday 05/09 with Rob Knotts was over the top incredible. I came for a tire pressure light, however, I drive 21k miles a year so I asked him to do a multi point inspection on my car. (Free!) Not only did the tech find things but rob explained every issue he had found. Most importantly, Rob explained to me which issues could wait and which ones should be taken care of immediately. The wait on my vehicle was a bit excessive but for how well I was treated I really don't mind. I'll be going back in about two weeks for an oil change and I will definitely be requesting Rob as my advisor. (I have also recommended Rob to multiple friends, family members, and customers at work in the five days since my service. Good customer service goes a long way!) Hopefully the dealership calls asking how things went because Rob's boss should know about what excellent service he gave! More
