Awesome experience! I didn't think I would enjoy my search for a new car. Latoya and Mikey at Koons Annapolis Toyota quickly pushed all of my worries to the side! I was warmly greeted by the receptionist when I entered the dealership and offered a drink while I waited for a salesperson. The Wi-Fi also helped :) Once I spoke with Mikey and Latoya about what I wanted, they showed me a car that I did not initially have in mind, but as it turns out, it is the perfect car for me! It is very roomy and has all of the bells and whistles I want. There was no pressure to buy; they really walked me through the process and provided options for me to help select the best car. They made the process easy and really explained everything to me, from the technology in the car to the Toyota Care program. The customer service and attention to detail shown by Latoya and Mikey was outstanding!
