After some troubling experiences with other Toyota dealers, I called Koons Toyota of Annapolis and spoke with Neal Barrett. Right off the bat, I knew this dealer would be the place we would purchase our next vehicle. Neal was nothing short of awesome and helped provide avenues for getting a good discount with our new car purchase. Neal eased our mind that they had plenty of inventory for the model and options we were looking for with a Highlander. The negotiation of the vehicle took less than 30 minutes with Neal and his manager, Scott Snyder, who was extremely willing and ready to listen to our price point and needs. We shook on a price and within 30 mins, we were with the Finance team. Viktor Beshidze and Suheil Katan were outstanding as well. They provided all our options for payments and rates, along with optional add-ons, which we agreed we needed with our new vehicle. They were easy to deal with and were not pressuring us for upsells and truly wanted to know what we needed and whether it was necessary for our needs. I can go on and on, but this is the type of dealer everyone needs to experience to truly enjoy the new car buying experience. We enjoyed the experience so much so, that I've already relayed the wonderful experience to my father, who would like to purchase a new Toyota Camry and we will be visiting Neal and Scott very soon! From a satisfied customer to you Mr. Reynolds came to the Service area waiting room to invite customers to see the new car's deals at the showroom. For me it was a nice surprise for I was thinking taking a look anyway. Once my car was serviced, I visited the showroom and met with Mr. Reynolds. After a few inquiries about my taste, needs and likes he proceeded to put the keys of a vehicle in my hands and asked to go for a ride. Although the vehicle was a little out of my budget, Mr. Reynolds became Henry with his gentle and accommodating personality and conversationalist ways to make one feel at ease. Henry showed me a few others vehicle until I saw the one. Henry was incredibly professional. knowledgeable, and patient during the whole process. Took the time to explain everything in my new vehicle and now I am the happy owner of a 2017 Sequoia. I must thank Henry, Suheil, and Emmanuel for their teamwork skills to make this happen. SERVICE AT IT'S BEST I CALLED THE SERVICE DESK ON NOVERMBER 5TH NEEDING TO HAVE MY TIRE FIXED THAT HAD A NAIL IN IT. THE RESEPTIONIST INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE BOOKED AND I CALLED THE SERVICE DESK ON NOVERMBER 5TH NEEDING TO HAVE MY TIRE FIXED THAT HAD A NAIL IN IT.
