My wife and I worked with Mr. Henry Reynolds who was meticulous in explaining all of the details and features of operations of the RAV4 Limited AWD that we test drove and bought, His cheerfulness, patience and knowledge was outstanding in helping to answer all our questions. Mr. Reynolds' honest approach to dealing with the customer was well appreciated, with no gimmicks, unnecessary costly mark-ups, or pressure sales tactics making this buying experience refreshing as compared to what I have met in other dealerships. The approval process, through Scott, the Sales Manager was also excellent and hassle-free, as was the assistance from Latoya, the Financial Consultant, in her help in considering the best options for service and maintenance support contracts relative to our anticipated use of this car. This IS the place to buy a car and get an honest deal. More

I am always nervous and really don't want to see really nice vehicles because I will want them and may not be able to afford them. Mikey took us and made us feel relaxed and no so stressed. Then we sat with Viktor to see if we could afford it and WE COULD!!!!! Our payments were not initially where we really felt comfortable but guess what???? Koons Annapolis did not stop trying for us... do you know they called us like a day or two later and told us to come back in because are payment will be lowered by approx. $100. We couldn't believe it!!! This has NEVER happened to us and when we went back there sure enough our payments were actually lowered by $130. In our minds - we were doing cart wheels and summer saults! Nothing but a wonderful experience for us. We believe the good things happen to good people!!! Thank you again Koons Annapolis!!! I couldn't have done as easily without the help of the friendly and knowledge staff at Koons Annapolis Toyota. It can be tough trying to find the right vehicle considering that there are a lot of similarities between them all. But Emanuel gave me the pros and cons of each vehicle, which made my decision easy. For example, one vehicle that I was seriously interested in did not offer the same level of fuel efficiency and maintenance protection as the Highlander. He pointed out that I could get the same level of style and electronic features with a few upgrade at a more reasonable price for the short and long-term with owning the Highlander. I truly appreciated that insight of all similar vehicles from him. Emanuel along with Viktor and Suheil finance support with find the right payment plan made my experience a really good one.
