Excellent Customer Experience Neal Barrett set us up with a sweet ride. A brand new Rav4 hybrid. He gave us a great demonstration of the vehicle's capabilities. For example, the radar enabled cruise control that slows down automatically has really lowered the stress of driving. The car is getting over 35 mpg, which is quite amazing for an SUV. Henry Reynolds and Viktor Beshidze were both great. Henry was totally knowledgable about the vehicle that I was interested in and made me feel comfortable. He didn't pressure me but was there to answer my questions. I would definitely come back to Koons and Henry when I'm ready to purchase my next Toyota. Having said that I felt I needed to write a review on the wonderful experience at Koons Annapolis. Neal Barrett was excellent at helping me find the right car for my needs. I actually came in looking for one car and ended up buying a Prius after Neal helped me figure out that the Prius was actually a better choice considering my driving habits. He was very patient as I certainly put him through the loops. My many thanks to Suheil Katan whose faith and trust in me was more then expected and certainly rare in this day and age. Thanks so much. I'll try to pay it forward. And finally my experience with Business Manager Alex Sandoval was extraordinary. How often do you go into the Business Managers office and laugh. Very rare to have such a wonderful experience at that stressful time and end up laughing. Really enjoyed meeting this nice young man. My many thanks to all I worked with for an exemplary experience.
