Ladies come knowledgeable or with someone. I was selling my car and scheduled a visit with Koons Annapolis after gaining a quote from Kelly Blue Book. This was the fifth dealership I met with I was selling my car and scheduled a visit with Koons Annapolis after gaining a quote from Kelly Blue Book. This was the fifth dealership I met with this week, including another Koons and the dealership where I bought the vehicle and regularly had it serviced. Shopping around for a the best offer. The sales manager took my car and returned much quicker than any previous sales manager I experience, and came back reporting my engine was burning oil and therefor my car was worthless. Offered $1,000 to take it off my hands. This obviously alarmed me as it was news to me. I was not in the habit of replenishing my oil and no other agent reported a problem, including the dealership I frequently get service. Had I been losing oil and not noticed?! I inspected the vehicle with the sales manager and sure enough faint smoke that smelled like burning oil was coming front the tailpipe. Without much more conversation, I immediately opened the hood and check the dipstick for oil level. The oil level was fine, no visible leaks, no check engine lights, etc. I shared with the sales manager that this was odd given the number of other dealerships I’ve already met with. I walked away from his offer, but was really unsettled. I pulled into a parking lot nearby to look at my car one more time. After taking a closer look at my tailpipe there was fresh oil on it.I informed the dealership of my experience. They assured they would look into the incident and check the cameras. To anyone reading this, I would be concerned about Yahweh practices at this dealership. More
Service was needed on my 4Runner, I scheduled an online appointment. My Service Manager, Teresa Harris reviewed my last service information and recommended what services should be performed, I agreed and p appointment. My Service Manager, Teresa Harris reviewed my last service information and recommended what services should be performed, I agreed and presented my Koons Toyota Service Special Coupons which she applied resulting in substantial savings. I choose to wait for my vehicle and Ms. Harris suggested that the dealership would be happy to provide transportation to nearby eateries if so desired. Her projected time line for the work was quite accurate and I was kept informed via text messages. A complete multi-point check was performed and the scheduled work was completed on time. A very pleasant Koons Annapolis Toyota visit with peace of mind that my vehicle was serviced correctly with genuine Toyota parts. It was a team effort from the time I drove in until the time I left, always customer focused and centered to ensure the very highest level of vehicle and customer care. Thank You! More

Koons Annapolis Toyota sold us a 2018 Mazda CX-9. We had the care not even a year and one day less than year after purchase, the car simply stopped running. Got it, no electronics, nothing. Just a red blinking light saying keyless entry malfunction. I called Koons, the service guy, obviously reading from a book. "uh...did you check the key battery? (yes just replaced when this happened), did you tought the key to the start button, (yes to no avail). Oh you have to bring it in... Um well, that might be a problem since the car is completely dead. Oh then um you have to make an appointment for us to diagnose it. Me, thanks. Click. (hang up). Ok so I bought a car from them that evidently they don't repair, they suggest I bring it in for testing when it doesnt run at all......no thanks, no more Mazda's for me, no more Koons Toyota. A lesson learned. Sigh. More
