The service writer David Jacobs was rude in my opinion constantly calling me bud or bro. Then when doing the oil change they snap 3 of 5 skid plate bolts and want to charge me 600 to fix it saying the bol constantly calling me bud or bro. Then when doing the oil change they snap 3 of 5 skid plate bolts and want to charge me 600 to fix it saying the bolts were rusty. The service manager John could only provide 2 of 3 snapped bolts with excusses on why the third bolt was missing. This the 5th time I come to Koons for service and the 4th time they have tried to sell me extra service. Rusted bolts can be removed with just a little c are. Koons could care less about customer service. Its obvious that Toyota quality has went down drastically. I owned a Tundra before this and never had these issues. The only person at Koons toyota who cares about customers is a lady named Brenda. She could do nothing because of Johns excuses covering fir his poor quality of a mechanic. Avoid service here unless you want a major head ache. More

My car was riding sluggish as if it was running out of gas as I knew the oil and battery was over due to be changed. After getting my car services the service rep said that the mechanic said that my car w gas as I knew the oil and battery was over due to be changed. After getting my car services the service rep said that the mechanic said that my car was still riding sluggish with no offer of why! So I asked her why didn't he know what was wrong...he's the mechanic, she indicated I was rushing for my car to returned. No miss I didn't want to wait a long time especially when it was less than 5 people including myself in the waiting area. However, the bottom line was that I didn't request for them to look at it....ok lady 🙄. Every Toyota dealership that I have ever gone to told me their findings without me asking...thats how they make their money but ok you guys keep doing business that way....aka no business. Too pricy as well, I'll pay on this one. More
Walking into a showroom cold, it is SUCH a gift to stumble onto the best ever salesman. Mikey Harris is the young man to seek out. He spent 6 hours with us, helping us thru every step. Ensuring we understood all the features & facets of our new car. Encouraging us to contact him with any further questions or concerns that might arise. Friendly. Professional. Knowledgeable. Kind. Even FUN. Seriously, Toyotas are SO DEPENDABLE! They have everything you need without costing a fortune. And, Mikey Harris is the guy to ask. : ) More
Honestly Koons Annapolis may have sold me a lemon car , at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financ at first when we went to the dealership we decided on a Mazda simple had good mileage the man who was making the deal Mauricio he had told the financial director we insisted on the Subaru one that had too much mileage when we never did!! If you are a salesperson or are trying make a deal you appeal to the customer not put words in their mouths this is absolutely outrageous what he did and it wasn't right !! Though we didn't find out until he gave us the car after we signed all the papers because the lady who was finalizing the papers didn't say the interest rate or what we signed up for all she said was sign sign sign , didn't give us a chance to read what we were getting into. Now we decided to give the car a chance see if we liked 2 months we had in those 2 months we didn't drive the car for a month(we have proof through our home cameras and neighbors) the first week of the 2 month we decide to drive the car the transmission went out so if we were driving this car lets say the first week of getting it would the transmission have busted out sooner?! Not only that we were the Subaru had no accidents and when we take it to Car max all of a sudden it had an accident!! I know that it is unenviably for a used car not to have an accident but to not report to the buyer that is not right. Not to mention if we are calmly trying to speak out our concerns on the first go and you come off more defensive then you should you are guilty and you know it because I have recorded conversations on how maurice and Suheil have spoken to me to in a very defensive and aggressive tone that i do not appreciate the customer service shown after the transmission went out terrible how are you going to leave me more in debt with another car above my own price range and add the price of the previous car. Also the car was in the dealership for a Month a month and practically 2 weeks the amount of money wasted on UBER because of this!! Honestly if you are going to buy a car from maurice be careful who knows maybe he will sell you a lemon car like he did to us , and try to play victim right after. Let me say one more thing we got the transmission fixed but that car is not the same the man who worked in Services who attended to us and gave the car back told us Koons Annapolis Toyota did NOT do the inspection on the car correctly and thoroughly because if they did they would have NOT sold me that car. More
