Ian noted that the "third" brake light, above the hatch window was out. The light bar was available for replacement the next day. When I took my Jeep back, the installation of the brake light took less than 15 minutes and the service team ran my Jeep through the car wash. Blame it on Covid I took my Pacifica in to get GPS update...radio went out...had to get it from Chrysler...took 2 months.
